The large house is suitable for groups of people. There are 8 people staying on this trip. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 single bed/room + 2 extra mattresses (some toppings can sleep 2 people). There is air conditioning in all three bedrooms. But in the hall where the sofas are, there is no air conditioning. Bathroom number 1 is on the same floor as the bedroom. The other room is on the ground floor. Here, if you want to use it, it's a bit difficult because it's at the bottom. There is a TV that is a smart TV. And from looking in the drawer, it looks like there's a microphone for singing karaoke as well. But the house rule is to refrain from making loud noises from 10:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.The owner's aunt lives in the house on the ground floor in the kitchen area. But it is separated from the floor where guests stay. But if going into the kitchen Auntie will be waiting to provide convenience services downstairs. If anyone prepares food to eat by themselves, it may not be very convenient. Because the refrigerator is not for guests. It will belong to the owner. You can soak small items such as water. But if it's fresh food, it might not be convenient at all.Room price for 1 night 3500 baht, breakfast not included. It is considered a very good price for getting the entire house.The good part: the room and bathroom were spotless. The accommodation is in a very good location. Didn't go into the deep alley or forest at all. The price is still very cheap. If compared to homestays in the same areaCriticism: Because it is a homestay. Privacy is quite a bit. Because the owner's aunt lives on the ground floor. If anyone likes privacy You may not be okay with this.Suggestion: I would like to use a thicker mattress instead of a thin topping because I have a lot of back pain when I sleep on it. And I would like to add more air conditioning to the hall. If it does and the price increases, I think that no matter what, people will definitely want to stay.P.S. I didn't take a picture of the house. But it's exactly as described.

After driving hundreds of kilometers away and many hours And then staying at an accommodation that can help us relax after traveling is important.Compact homestay, cute price, helps us recharge our energy very well and sleep comfortably. The rooms are clean with bedding and bathrooms, there is a TV, a hair dryer, towels, a hot water kettle, and ready-made drinks. There is a wide yard where you can park your car easily and receive good service from the owner of the property. Homemade food with northern rice is very delicious. And traveling to other tourist spots is convenient.

Sawaddee Pua homestay is really lovely place and clean with a good mountain and the rice fields beautiful view. Very warm hospitality with nice local atmosphere. We enjoyed our staying there.
