This is the first time staying in the Yaowarat area. The accommodation is cute and decorated in Chinese style. The food at Trok Rong Moo is very delicious. Easy to walk to Yaowarat.

Reserve a hotel about 1 day in advance and contact the staff. By traveling from other provinces Arrived at the hotel around 9:45 p.m. There was no receptionist. It's not bad because I know that there is a self-check-in service. But when contacted, they said that the room was damaged and could not be stayed!?? But there was no advance notice at all. Very bad.

I suspect some reviews are fakes as I made the decision to spend a night here after reading the "rave" reviews. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. In the first place, it isn't even a hotel - but a motel or hostel at best! …

This is definitely NOT a 4-star hotel, and the rave reviews are obviously a scam! And don't let that "grand hotel exterior" photo fool you.The room is not only small, half of the amenities that it claims to provide don't work. For starters, the room's safe is not secured to a wall, or connected to a cable. Anyone can just break in and spirit the safe away easily. Which brings us to the absence of any lock. What you have is a padlock, and once inside the room, you'll need to lock it with just safety bolts (see photo below). The rain bath showerhead doesn't work, and the floor is super slippery after you shower. Definitely not recommended for senior citizens! The saving grace would be the comfy bed, and the seemingly close proximity to Yaowarat, or Chinatown.

Not recommended. Rooms are cramped and the air conditioner isn't cool even though there is a fan at such a high price and the door has an unsafe lock. Since the day I used the service, I have never encountered a receptionist, only the housekeeper who was waiting to give me the room key.

The only good thing is the location. Everything else is bad. The room is cramped, the lights aren't bright, and the TV can't be viewed. Who will take a break and think carefully?

Worst hotel I have ever been to. My hotel door didn’t even lock! Shower was broken and sprayed everywhere - including on the plugs - massive health hazard. …
