I stayed 2 nights with my partner in the Casa Y Thip beginning of Feb 2024.Actually I had to postpone my trip 2 times and Khun Thip handled my request in a very flexible way.The location is very beautiful and the staff very attentive. The breakfast and the dinner, that was included in my package was sufficient in quality and tasteful. Especially the pizza from the wood-oven was great.

Stayed a night with the breakfast & dinner package - 4000 THB. Room is tiny but nice enough, and we had a view across the valley. The evening meal a disaster - no choice at all, just one small Hawaiian pizza, soggy and tasteless. I felt completely ripped off. 20 years living in Thailand this is the worst meal and worst value for money hotel if ever stayed in. Be warned!UPDATE: The owners kindly contacted to apologise and explain the problem - they gave us a refund too, so that respectful and good credit to them, thank you (-;

To be clear, we only ate at the restaurant. We did not stay at the hotel. This review is for restaurant only.Ordered the pizza which looked great in photos. What you get looks nothing like that. It’s a small, perhaps 9”, mushy ball of barely cooked dough with almost no sauce and cheese on top. Tasteless dough ball. We forced done 2 pieces from hunger and left the rest. I’m 72 and it’s the worst I’ve ever had. Just don’t go there. To be fair, there was just one young girl working so perhaps she was untrained. Oh, and they don’t take cash which presented another problem as I don’t have an app to pay. A neighbor bailed me out and I repaid her. Awful experience. Note, the only thing available on the menu that night was the pizza.

Me and my boyfriend went here for dinner because we were craving pizza, and it looked delicious. We have eaten pizza a few times in our 3 weeks in Thailand, but the pizza we ate here was one of the best pizzas I have eaten in a long time. The lady was super nice, nice and spoke English very well. She learned how to make pizza in Europe from an Italian grandmother. You can definitely taste that!! So if you are in the area and fancy some really tasty Italian pizza, I would go here. We loved it 🤗✨

Intend to reserve a place specifically to eat. Very disappointed in wasting timeCall to reserve in advance. When we arrived, there were only less than 5 dishes left. The owner who accepted the matter had not informed us otherwise he would have chosen another restaurant.The container is not clean. The plates and glasses had black dust particles everywhere.There are almost no raw materials left. Only ordered a few things because there was no choice.Carbonara - served cold. It's like you've prepared it and then served it. The taste is rather bland, the noodles are hard, there's no cheese smell. To be honest, 7-11's still tastes better. There aren't many people. I don't understand why it's so cold.Meatballs - served cold as usual. The taste is inedible.Pizza - Hawaiian OK Acceptable standard tasteAs for the bacon, it tasted terrible. After eating, you must spit it out. Smells like rotten porkFor 4 people, 5 dishes, the bill came to 1300+. If the food is delicious, it's worth it. But this should be improved urgently.Please reply to the hotel.1. There is nothing here = The tone of the call is not friendly. I don't want to talk to you. You should understand.2. Traveling in Sapanwan during the long temple New Year break takes at least more than 30 minutes because tourists flock to cafes to stop time. The car must stop and wait to go up the floor where cars are controlled to travel one way. There was a long traffic jam outside the village. From all events The restaurant says that if there is no menu that you want to eat, you can change restaurants. Don't you feel like you're shirking your responsibility a bit? For customers who intend to eat at the restaurant Even if the restaurant calls and says there are only a few dishes left. Customers will not have to waste time during peak travel and can choose to eat at other restaurants instead.3. I'm not interested in beef steak. I want to eat aleo pasta. But there's only cabo and meatballs left for 4 people. Order 3 cabo and there's nothing left to choose from.4. The only thing that's hot is pizza. You are not at the store. The employee also said, "My aunt isn't at the store."Just call and ask if you yourself cannot control the quality of the food.5. You have to eat because you're hungry and want to eat. You've been driving for a long time and you're losing money. I can't afford to go through the traffic to go to another restaurant.From reading the restaurant's response, it feels like the restaurant itself doesn't want to apologize to the customer. Or or welcome criticism.Try reading other people's 1-star reviews. There is a review about Owner's attitude Comment about food In case you want to improve and fix it to make the impression of the store even better.

There is European and Italian food, of course modernized a little in the Thai way, but still! In the Thai outback, where have you seen this? Delicious. The room itself is neat, the bed is hard. Toilet paper holder from Ikea. View of the entire valley.
