Good, one price of 500, easy parking, there are bicycles to ride around the city, coffee, hot water, bread at your convenience, there is a ramp as well.

Older guesthouse a bit outside of Nan town. Basic, but clean rooms, no elevator.What we liked:- nice seating area in front of rooms on upper floor.- 24/7 coffee and cookies provided in the reception area.- Very clean common areas.- Friendly staff.- Very quiet neighborhood.What we didn't like:- Ants in the bathroom (often the case in Thailand).The room cleaning in the rooms was limited to the surfaces, there was a big layer of dust behind the TV, and the bathroom had a slight 'Eau de toilette' scent.- Parking spots are limited, and some motorcycle drivers claimed an entire car spot for themselves. (no dedicated motorcycle parking spot assigned).- No elevator to bring luggage to 2nd floor.Overall, a good value at 550B (Agoda), I will probably stay again if I spend a night in Nan. For longer stays, I may look for a place closer to the centre.
