Owners of the property were nice & friendly, beautiful view from the common area ( balcony), lovely pets. Barbecue dinner was not included in room charge, but was too heavy & expensive ($450B/ person) it's more like a 3 ppl portion, room was small & bathroom leaking under heavy rain. The area is generally very tranquil & quiet, screaming hens across the valley starting at 3am seems to be a norm, but it's pretty hilarious! Careful if you drive to the area (either by motorbike or car), the slope is steep & narrow, could be slippery when wet, good experience though.

Accommodation in the heart of Sakad Village Surrounded by local families, you will have a different atmosphere. There are chicken and cat sounds, it's really like life. It's like relaxing with nature. If anyone comes in, I recommend you to buy things like snacks, snacks, and drinks because at night people here go to bed early and it's very dark. I don't know where to go to buy them. Come prepared. Went for a walk in the village. Seeing life which we will see very rarely in big cities As for the housing, that's enough. All rooms do not have air conditioning. At night it will be cool.

The homestay entrance is narrow. Before entering, you have to look carefully or you'll get lost. Be careful when going downhill. Beginners must be careful. It's not cold today, 22 degrees. I'm secretly sad about the accommodation. Anyone who looks at the reviews may secretly be a little sad. But there will be a sense of community, with the sound of chickens, birds, nature.

The atmosphere is good. Parking a car is a little difficult. The way up and down is steep. The rooms are stylish and chill. There is no coffee dripper. The service is good. The bathroom is a little difficult. The water is not strong. Even if it's hot, you'll scald yourself. (Or I don't know how to adjust it, I'm not sure)

Homestay is located on Doi Sakad. The service here is very good, the rooms are beautifully arranged, but going down to the Homestay is a bit difficult to drive because it is very steep and very narrow. Anyone who doesn't drive well will be a bit tired. The floor of the room is wood. The advantage is that it is beautiful. The disadvantage is that the sound is loud. The whole Homestay can be heard. The room is not soundproof because the material is gypsum board. Recommended if traveling with a large family to rent the entire house for privacy.

Went in mid-December. Located in a quiet community. Arrive at 4-5 p.m. is good. Have time to rest- There are 4 rooms in total. Divided into 3 lower rooms 1 room upstairs (private) a little difficult to walk The stairs are high for the upper room, which is a wooden house, causing gaps between the wooden planks on the floor. The sound will all reach each other. Went during the coldest time, probably 10 degrees Celsius, very cold, the cold steam penetrated the floor. The accommodation has warm water, drinking water, shampoo, soap, towels, and woven slippers.*Recommendation: If you have a carpet on the floor, it may help keep the room a little warm.- Community area, but the surrounding atmosphere is quiet, no noise after 9 p.m. In the early morning, you can hear the sound of roosters crowing all over the village since the morning, haha.- Fully prepared food, including grilled pork or Khantoke. We chose Khantoke. The food tastes good and there's a lot of it. There were 4 of us and we still ate and our stomachs were full.-The entrance to the accommodation is narrow and steep, but cars can enter and it is difficult to pass each other.

The bedroom is spacious, soft mattress, soft blanket, soul-sucking, very good view, many amenities, soap, shampoo, dryer, drip coffee, brewed coffee, Ovaltine, hot water kettle (no air conditioner and toothbrush and toothpaste) with breakfast. We slept in a large room at the top with a private balcony. Price was only 1,700.Right now the weather is nice, not painfully cold, late at night around 20°, suitable for relaxing. Lying in bed listening to the rooster crow in the morningDisadvantages: Driving is very difficult. The road is narrow. You have to drive into the village where the road is very small.

Can be used, very good service, clean, moderate price.But the accommodation has a few points deducted.Location: The way down is steep, but the 1.2 car can go up and down comfortably. It's not a problem. It's in the middle of the village. So there might be the sound of a rooster crowing all night (I'm asleep, but the other person can't sleep).Atmosphere: Overall, the village is calm. The weather is cool to cold (during December) if we don't count the period we went. They are building all over the village. The sound of the hammer hammering echoes everywhere, haha. The view looking far into the distance is ok. The sunset hitting the mountain is beautiful. But because the accommodation is in the village You will also see the surrounding villages, not surrounded by mountains.Room: Stay on the top floor, only one room, private balcony. The construction looks like it's not finished yet, but it's very clean. The wooden floors can be seen through and you can hear sounds from the rooms below quite clearly. When walking, it creaks. Please be considerate of the room below. The feeling didn't feel that personal. The water was warm after taking a shower for a while and the power went out (but I called the staff to fix it immediately) but saw that the brakes were about to be changed. The mattress was comfortable. The duvet was warm. If it wasn't enough, I could have asked for an extra blanket.Service: Very good. The food is served right away. Pork pan, food made to order, breakfast is convenient. The housekeeper keeps the room clean. There are employees on standby to answer the phone all the time.

The room looks comfortable, large bed, en-suite bathroom.There was a large rectangular mirror in the corner of the room. See a wide view of Doi Sakad from the bed.Light shines into the room in the evening and takes very good photos.There is a private balcony on the 3rd floor.Breakfast and drip coffee are provided in the morning.Went in early March and the atmosphere was still okay and relaxed.

Accommodation suitable for people who like to watch the sunset, new rooms, take beautiful photos in a minimalist style. The way down is quite steep. The room is not soundproof. It is recommended to hire the latter as the best. There are a total of 4 rooms, 3 downstairs and 1 upstairs. There is a corner for taking pictures, looking at the stars, very beautiful. Breakfast is pork porridge, boiled eggs, stir-fried vegetables. There is a village rule at 9 p.m., no loud noises.
