Good room, clean according to the price, a little old but acceptable. The only problem is the lighting in the room makes the room look shabby even though the room is good. The lights are very bad. The room is dark and dull.

The negative points: When I arrived at check in, no member of staff was polite with simple greetings, like a welcome, a zero point in terms of politeness. No offer of help to help me with three suitcases and a backpack. The cleaning of the room is poorly done, it is not very clean, bathroom included, air conditioning really very noisy with a layer of filth to vomit. The young man with glasses at the front desk who does the night is friendly as a prison door, he does not care about what you can say to him and not at all helpful. Breakfast overpriced compared to the cost of the room. The elevator is slow, small and dirty. The stairs are in a deplorable state of filth, it gives you an idea of how the establishment is managed, they do not care, they know that there will always be customers without effort to make the place more pleasant with the minimum that is expected of a hotel.The positive points: The price, 2300 Baht for 2 nights, quiet street, a swimming pool although small, the room is spacious, the bed sufficiently comfortable, a dining area with kitchenette and microwave, shuttle service to the end of the street which gives access to the BTS a few minutes walk away.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Having stayed in over 500 nights at hotels as a tour manager, I can confidently say that Aspen Suite Bangkok stands out as one of the best. The rooms are incredibly spacious and come equipped with all essential amenities including a hair dryer, kitchen accessories, and a bathtub. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious spread served from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. Additionally, the free tuk-tuk service to the main road was a thoughtful touch.If I could suggest a few improvements:1. Upgrading the elevator, as it is quite slow.2. Enhancing the lobby area to make it more attractive.3. Including dental and shaving kits in the room for a more complete experience.Despite these minor points, our overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend Aspen Suite for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Checked in today to the hotel. After entering the hotel I thought it would be good but unfortunately it started very bad. After check in nobody put our luggage to the room. We took it by our own. Lift is very old and small . After entering the room it was horribly sinking and looks very old. Asked the reception the changed the room but the other room is also like that very bad view. Old and broken bed.
