Accommodation: We booked at sleepcase hostel. When we arrived, they brought us here. Same owner, room priced at over 400, a single room is considered usable.1. Medium sized room2. The bathroom has hot water.3. There is air conditioning.4. Bed: 2 single beds, very soft mattress.5. Even though the room is not very clean and the colored towels are not very cleanBut overall good, the staff who delivered What should I recommend?Check out and return the key to the hotel.6. Not far from the airport, walk about 10 -15 minutes.

Most reviews on Agoda are fake, take pride in the Google Maps review. The room (shared) was not clean, the sheets dirty, a dead cockroach near the toilet, the beds are really not pleasant they are very hard I have the impression of having slept on a wooden board, it remained old traveler stuff in the showers and a really unpleasant smell in the rooms. No service offers no bottle, no linen (only available for rental). The air conditioning was broken in my room and it was extremely hot, fortunately another person who managed the hotel but changed rooms really thanks to her, super nice. That's the only positive thing to say, it's close to the airport too

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. Worst hotel ever. The staff were so rude. (May be they thought we begged them for the room , even the truth we did pay for it. Tiny room, unclean, not helpful (May be they have never known what service mind is). I think you should close the business if you didn’t want to service people at the first place.

I would like to say that this hotel has the same owner as the sleep hotel, except that the rooms are arranged separately. There is an ensuite bathroom. and shared bathroom Which is good. Personally, I'm satisfied. It's just that there are some things that I'm still not satisfied with in my story. The hotel is already mentioned.

Just have to say all the bad reviews on google exactly truth and not over for them . I booked 1 night there and was arrival at midnight, there is no one at reception area ( but they do write their number so you can contact them ) , after calling them at first they said cause im arival at midnight they dont keep room for me , then i proved that i chat with them via Line that i will arirval late ,they changed to say they have no room for my booking cause its Agoda forcing they to have that price without their permison :) and i have to paid more to get room or i can cancel my booking . After more than 30 mins talk via phone and waiting for 1.5 hrs , their staff come to bring me to another hotel near by . All the things they keep mention is if you want to stay you have to paid more =))))))))))I also want to explain before i booked this hostel i read all comment on Agoda about how bad they service but i still decided to book cause it cheap only 10$/ night so i guess the service worth 10$ .If you can speak Thai and just only need 1 nap few hours for your connecting flight its ok .And its not near from aiport , its 20 mins .

rude and unprofessional hostel. I booked through Agoda past midnight and when I arrived there, no one at the reception desk. I called them, they said they don't accept guest after midnight, they said it was written on Agoda but none the description mentioned it. Terrible.

to absolutely avoid, no one at reception must have a telephone to contact someone to retrieve the key and the person tells us that our room (reserved and paid for on agoda) is no longer available or we must add 100baths per night to have an available room in short the total scam... the room was unsanitary and the "garden" is the sidewalk with a piece of carpet... run away there's better next door....

Location is good for airport. There is no reception staff so you need access to a phone to call someone who arrives to check you in. They tried to downgrade my booking to a room with a shared bathroom. The room was old and in terrible condition with large black mold patches on the wall right above the bed. The room did have a TV with Thai language channels only (no cable) and a fridge. The underside of the staircase was part of the bathroom ceiling and everytime someone walked down the stairs it was like a herd of elephants entered the room. Avoid.

The rooms are not very beautiful. There were people talking loudly in the living room area. There are no towels provided, no soap, shampoo provided. All in all, it's enough. If you focus on the right things, you can stay.

They have CCTV in female dorm rooms and are shamelessly unapologetic about it. There is no warning about cameras being installed either which clearly creates an unsafe environment for females. The owner is clearly either a creep or doesn’t have basic decency.
