This is a rental room where users may be disadvantaged due to narrow management.I am a resident of Bangkok and an ID card holder issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of Thailand.When checking into a hotel in Thailand, you usually present this ID card or a driving license issued by the Thai Ministry of Transport. The same applies to domestic flights in Thailand.But they didn't accept those cards and asked for a passport. I explained to the person in charge that there was no problem, but the owner stubbornly asked me to show my passport, so I had to take my time returning to my house to show my passport.After presenting my passport, the owner reported me to the police as a suspicious person. The police contacted my family, who were shocked by the owner's hysterical brutality. It's a funny story.Guests want to enjoy their trip and relax. Owners should treat guests peacefully and should not attack guests even if they make a mistake.Remember that guest satisfaction is essential to running your property efficiently and profitably.

The worst “hotel” in Bangkok.Nobody speaks English (they try to use a translator with poor results).We booked this hotel to sleep for a few hours during a stopover at the nearby airport. We arrive at the facility at 11, until midnight no one gave us a room, even though they knew that our check out was at 3 and they wanted to keep the passport as a deposit (a deposit of which they didn't even give us the room they only know They).In the end we gave up and left, better to sleep on the floor at the airport

The store clerk was very rude and vicious. The room was dirty and he falsely accused the guest of staining the quilt. He refused to refund the deposit of NT$1,000. This store extorted money from the guest. The manager of this store even cursed the guest with foul language. Do not book this store. s room. This store is a shady store. Do not book a room. It is a deliberate attempt to defraud customers of their money.

Clean, quiet, suitable for relaxation. No smoking inside the building. But there is a place to smoke outside the building. There is a security deposit of 1500 baht before entering, but it will be returned upon exit. and checked, nothing was damaged.

I do not like posting bad reviews but a unfortunately I did not sleep last night so I’m in a bad mood… we couldn’t manage the air conditionner, so we had no choice between freezing or having the room so hot like outside (because the isolation is very poor). The beds were so hard… do not put any food in the room or you will have ants. However the positive thing is the airport is by 15min by walking so the location is good!

*Good location *The lady at reception was one the most inhospitable people I have ever met ..The room was basic and unwelcoming , no air conditioning remote in the room , so air conditioning is constantly on and can’t be adjusted .Bed was rock hard ,I wouldn’t recommend even if on a budget !

We stayed here on the last night of our Thailand trip.This is the worst hotel experience of the whole trip.Upon check in, the lady made no attempt to exhibit the slightest hospitality, no greetings, no welcome gestures; she speaks not a single word of English and uses her phone translator to communicate to us the whole time and her impatience is written all over her face; then she asking for 1000 THB cash for deposit. I was annoyed at this policy because we wanted to use up to the cash before leaving Thailand, now left with 1000 THB because of this deposit. But we still paid.The room is ok, except long hairs on the clean sheets.The most annoying thing in the room is, echoing previous reviews, there’s no remote controller for the air con and lots of unwelcome rule posters plastered all over the wall. They state how they will be fined you if you do this and that (some unreasonable ones, such as if you move any of the furnitures like bench or bedside table, it’s thousands of baht fine).Worst incident happened at check out.I timed the check out time based on the flight time, because I was expecting a simple key drop and claiming back the deposit.However, after I hand over the key, the same lady from check in asked another cleaning lady to get up to our room on the far end of the third floor to perform an inspection. I was not informed of any inspection upon check out, so I was worried about missing the flight if this takes too long. So I asked her if she can expedite the process because I have a flight to catch. (Again, all the communication was all through her phone translator, which takes even longer) To that, she simply responded rudely on the translator “Then, why didn’t you come down earlier?!” (Again, I was not informed at all about the inspection. Neither have I ever stayed in a hotel in Thailand or elsewhere in the world that they do this)Fortunately, the other lady was quite quick, so process didn’t take too long, and we left the room fairly tidy anyway.So I took my deposit back and left.Upon leaving, the lady was still murmuring behind me in Thai.It was then I decided to write up my first ever review to warn off other travelers from making a mistake. Because we had such an amazing time in Thailand; Thai people are so friendly and lovely; but this lady and this hotel simply soured our experience being the last night of our stay by the airport.Hope you have fun in Thailand otherwise!

Well this is one hotel I won't be returning to. It has to be the most unfriendly hotel I have stayed in, in many years of backbacking through Thailand. Rules are written all over the place - I'm not sure if they've had trouble in the past? Maybe it's just not welcome to farang, but I got the message. I arrived late, maybe 1am, but it is 24hr reception. I didn't expect the night staff to speak much English, but it was the same in the morning. I'm sure i read something about snack food, but there was nothing. To be fair, the bed was comfortable & the shower was hot. There was no control for the A/C, which I wanted to turn down, but perhaps they've had remotes stolen before? There was another rule about 2000bt fines for moving the furniture. Don't tell anyone, but I moved the chair. It wasn't exactly a cheap room. The same price has got me really nice rooms in phuket resorts & other hotels in Bangkok. maybe they've been hit bad by the new Red Line train to Bang Su, or the taxi apps, or covid? Domestic flights in Thailand are twice the price now - it's probably better to pay the extra to fly direct to Phuket.

The dormitory rooms are clean. But there is no refrigerator. No extramarital tips provided at all. The air conditioner can't be adjusted. Some necessary items are not available. Not very satisfied with the first stay The necessary things are not available until you have encountered a place like this. Go in and reserve directly 800 Not worth the price paid

Nice airport. They’re definitely trying to improve it. A few good lounges, but no in airport sleeping arrangements without clearing immigration. If you have a long layover you’ll either need to sleep on the benches or spend a long time in immigration.

I don't feel very impressed. When I called to reserve, I was told 800. When I stayed, I said the price had been adjusted to 900. According to the reviews, it was very good and I thought it would be good. The air conditioner is not cool, very hot. The keycard doesn't work. The staff is not at the counter. It's good that another customer came back and went to stay.
