Overall looks good. Stayed for 2 nights, if the economy is good, parking may have to walk a bit far.Located near Thammasat University, Rangsit, about 12 minutes by car. Room condition is OK as shown in the picture. Very little noise, private, clean, no musty smell, reasonable price, rooms have shared bathrooms. A short walk away there is a 7-11 next to Phahonyothin Road.- In front of the room there is a CCTV camera.- The door is a Hafele keycard system.- The bathroom is actually a shared bathroom. But in front of the door, there is a latch that shows whether there is someone inside or not. And what I like is the toilet lid. Made handles for lifting the seat pad and cover when the man pees. Can be picked up easily

The room looks good. But the service will be deducted. The room looked like the sheets had not been changed. So it smells like the sweat of the person who used it before. I feel very bad. But the owner is good. Hurry and change it for me.

A man can't speak because he yells at customers with bad manners. If you talk like this, you don't have to do business. Calling and inquiring properly won't give you a good answer. It's not polite to speak.

The date of booking was here but was given another place to stay near the reservation. The room that was given was a larger room with an ensuite bathroom. The room was clean. There is a three-story door, feels safe (there is a dog to guard it too). Good location, close to Thammasat University. There is always a Win near the accommodation and there is a 7-Eleven nearby. In terms of service, it's good. The person talking on Line (should be the owner, not sure) Speaks well, including the lovely housekeeper. But I'll be a little worried.Regarding regular ID cards from the Public Health Office, mostly through other accommodations. Will ask to see ID card. But here he didn't look or check. So I'm also concerned. And another thing, there is no drinking water available on both days. But overall it's good.

-What can I say? Safety is considered very low.I'm not sure about the entire building. There are only 2 empty rooms.But there is no key card. There are no officials.Who wants to walk up? You can walk.** P.S. An official came to pick up my stuff and asked if I was staying in a room. *** Is that right? What do I have to answer? The whole building doesn't even know if I'm staying alone, haha.There are 2 rooms on the 3rd floor, but if the other room is a man, it's secretly dangerous. Because if you break the door and come in, you can consider it. I don't know if there's a camera. Even if you have it, it's really not safe.Another thing is to take a picture of your ID card / ask to see what went wrong, not just to see if you haven't paid the full price / spoiled things ** but also in terms of safety of residents / thieves, etc.The bathroom is beautiful and clean, but it's a shared bathroom. If you make a lock inside it will be very good.The room is quite cramped for only one person. But if there are 2 people, it's quite cramped.-Stay 5 days, 2 bottles of water, get the first day only.Stay at many hotels/hostels. This one should be ranked in the top 3 from below.**** Note **** Set the price more expensive. But adjusting the safety issue should be more okay.If you're a woman, I really don't recommend staying. Come review for me. In case anyone is interested in staying temporarily, it is near Thammasat University, Rangsit. Overall, the room condition is ok. Very little noise, private, clean, no musty smell, reasonable price, rooms have shared bathrooms. When I saw it for the first time, I was shocked. Because I didn't ask first. But I'm not too worried. Because there are 2 rooms and the date of stay The other room was all women. It was just a little stuck in the window in the bathroom. It doesn't have a curtain. And there is a building behind it. Not sure if there are people living there. When using it, I don't feel very comfortable. If there was a curtain, it would probably be more comfortable.
