Since it is a hotel in the middle of the city, the rooms are a bit cramped.Children's service is good, whether it's a bellboy or the children serving at the poolside.As said, being in the middle of the city makes it difficult to park and pick up passengers on the road in front of the hotel. We arrived at 12:30 a.m. and the service at the front desk was really friendly. Our luggage was brought to the room without asking - a nice first impression. But then came the shock: the room was in a catastrophic condition. We suspect mold, everything was calcified and the musty smell was almost unbearable. The air conditioning also only worked partially, which made the whole thing even more unpleasant.After our complaint and proof with photos, we were given a new room. This one was a little better, but far from good. We still found dirt in the cupboards and the rubber was hanging from the paneling on the terrace.In the evening we looked at the pool. The view was nice, but the impression was marred by a broken lounger and leftover food still lying around, even though the restaurant is open until 2:00 a.m. and was unattended at that time.All in all a huge disappointment. The pictures we saw beforehand are completely misleading.

It was close to the airport, cheap, and the facilities in the room were usable without any problems.There is a convenience store nearby, so finding a place to eat is not a problem.Just as I was about to conclude my first trip to Thailand, the driver charged me double the amount written on the paper, so I had to pay the fee.I should have negotiated before boarding...If it was a hotel pick-up, I would have liked it to be uniform! disappointing!It was a little disappointing since it was convenient and had a lot of facilities.

Rooftop restaurant ➡️ Soundproof wooden room, came twice, met Chinese people with children 2 times ❌ Loud noise from early morning, heard every word. There is a restaurant on the rooftop ❌ The room is not soundproof ✅ Good food and service from the reception staff Below the hotel, they have kept their things neat and tidy. The parking lot in the back has no roof. If you don't think about it too much, it's fine.

Noisy hotel at all hours of the night (yes, I know that Bangkok doesn't sleep) people coming and going and slamming doors. Bathroom is small, shower is okay with warm water. Kettle in the room but you will need to bring everything else if you want to make morning coffee.

We had rented 5 rooms in this hotel for 10 people to spend one night between 2 flights. Precisely for this reason, we chose this hotel, because it was close to the airport. We arrived around 11:00 p.m. at night to check-in (after notifying the accommodation that we would be late) and what is our surprise when they tell us that they do not have rooms for us because they are supposedly damaged by the storms. Without giving us any other option than to take us back to the airport, after having paid for the taxis to the hotel for 10 people with the corresponding large suitcases and backpacks (for which we have not been reimbursed). We slept at the airport after having this accommodation booked well in advance. The attention of this hotel has left much to be desired. I do not recommend it.

Not a good hotel indeed.I asked them for adding a breakfast after checking in the room. The person who escort me to the room, he said it would be 100 baht if you go book at the reception. So I went there.However they said after checking in, you have to pay 200 Baht. What a waste!!!

The room is cramped, uncomfortable, the balcony is narrow and dirty. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. Lotus greens are very yellow. It's like it's never been cleaned.The swimming pool allows you to wear anything in the pool. There's no need to wash yourself at all.Give only one key card. If there are two people, one person is in the room. The other person had to call the staff to give the lift all the time.Every remote control has no back cover. This one, let me tell you, is very funny. It probably won't be lost, probably intended for it to not be there. No one will take it home.
