At first I was secretly worried because I had read the reviews haha. But it's really enough to use the service. Personally, I think it's good. It's like staying at a relative's house. I like the restaurant zone where you can serve yourself, close to BTS Ma Kok, just next to a small parking lot.

The only good thing is that it's close to the airport. The entrance is narrow. I understand that it's being renovated. The hotel sign does not light up. Parking is difficult for cars to enter, dirty, garbage strewn everywhere, overall not impressed. Made the mistake of not coming in to read the reviews first.

When entering for the first time, the parking lot is in a narrow alley. You may need to drive carefully. Because the alley is very narrow There is a parking area in the back. Overall room And the price and accommodation are acceptable, but not good if you're just coming to stay for one night. As for reporting matters There was breakfast. The breakfast the staff informed was not a buffet. After just scooping it once, the staff couldn't refill it. The rice they scooped was only about 3 bites, so they had to ask for more rice.

That means I have to pay double the price for a standard room. Service attitude is really bad. Lack of respect for customers. The repairs were completed at midnight. Most people probably wake up with neck pain.The rooms are not sound proof, including rain and airplane sounds. Even the sound of leaf sweepers at 5 a.m. from the parking lot was so audible that I had to wake up.Air conditioner water dripped all night.In summary, the employees are rude and lack any training as many reviews have said. The bedroom is not soundproof. There is no solution to any problems for customers. If you have something to do, you have to go on. You shouldn't sleep here. Personally, I have been to at least 50 hotels in my life. I have never given anywhere 1 star because I sympathize with every hotel. The shortcomings are understandable. Really bad, I gave it 2 stars, but this is the first place to ask for 1 star.

Based on reviews from those who reserved a room in advance for 599฿ Very disappointed, I believed the reviews here but didn't believe the reviews here. So I experienced it myself from the day of check-in. The receptionist should improve as if she doesn't want to welcome customers at all. As for the receptionist and the lovely housekeeper.In the room section The toilet barely flushes down. Normal tissue paper, do hotels have to change new rolls for new customers? I'm not sure. This place might not be like other places, but when we saw it, it looked like it was all used up in the bathroom. The blanket has yellow stains. The curtains and walls were very dirty. The floor of the room looked like it had been swept in quickly and found both dust and hair. The wooden bed where the mattress was placed was very dirty with only dust.1 star for the internet and cool air conditioning. I secretly feel sorry for the marketing here, but I've only encountered this once and probably won't recommend it to anyone again. 25 minutes from airport.Shuttle 50 baht p.p. and only 1 per hour. That's not what they promised at Agoda. Not suitable for foreigners. No restaurant. In the morning a kind of breakfast self service. No tea.Except a bottle of water and soap at shower, in a small place shared with the toilet, no amenities.My taxi driver had difficulty finding the address.

19 BTS stations away from the Sukhumvit. Bed sheet had a large blood stain. Rooms and bathroom super small. Rooms not very clean. But room rates is lower than other places. Has Nescafe in the morning.

The room price is a bit high. But it's comfortable, clean, and most importantly, the staff are tomboys, very good service, cool air conditioning, intending to sleep and relax while on vacation. I slept for 4 long nights.
