Good room, fully furnishedThe bedroom has air conditioning, bed, mattress, wardrobe.The balcony has a clothes drying rack and a sink.Table, chair, sofa, coffee table, TV, refrigerator, water heater, curtains (Search for pictures and look at the website and get a room exactly like the picture)Clean, security system is a fingerprint scanner, a little far from the university.The fee for Win is 20 baht, but there is a bell to call Win to come in front of the dormitory. Very convenient. Under the dormitory there is a shop where you can order food. It's delicious. There is a laundry shop on the B side of Building inside.>> In front of the alley there is a rice shop, a chili curry shop, and a grocery store with fresh produce for sale. (Owner is Muslim)There is flash transportation, a milk tea shop, and a coin-operated laundry shop.___________________________________________Monthly rent 4900The room is separated from the bedroom. Run away!!!!!!!!Reserved through the website. I saw a picture of a very beautiful room, so I reserved a room for 1,000 baht per night, thinking it would be good. I saw that it was a big building and looked clean, but there were a lot of rules and regulations. Stayed for 4 nights. The dormitory informed me that there was no cleaning provided. Let us sweep the room and put in the trash scraper. Take it to the trash can on the first floor yourself, clean up the room yourself. Wow!!! The entrance is very deep. The night is very lonely. I felt like I had fallen into the forest. Far from 7-Eleven and university. The room is not soundproof. I heard the next room talking all night. Dogs howl all night. If you stay daily and don't have a key card to enter the car park, you have to wait for someone to open it, which is a waste of time. You shout and honk the horn. No care, so what's the use of parking? Can't park here. It can't be over there. The price is very strong at 1,000 per night. For rooms in other provinces, they are in a deep alley, meaning only one woman stays. If he dies, he will probably rot even if someone knows. The picture doesn't match the cover. The door to the room has a hole. You can see the people inside. Outside the clothes drying rack, pigeons make nests and hang clothes to dry. The birds poop on them. The owner looks as if he doesn't want to welcome him. Hard bed like a military bed I can't sleep at all. If you're thinking of staying here, think carefully and you'll say you weren't warned.
