Please give me a compilation. Went to stay in an apartment here. The staff were terrible, had bad habits and spoke badly. And we stayed until the end of the contract and issued notice as usual. Now it's been more than 2 months and we still haven't received the room deposit. And we asked for a receipt for the electricity bill, but they didn't give it. and came to calculate the electricity bill with us, over 3,000 baht Even though we only lived that month for a few days. Because we didn't have the room all the time. Like this, they should take some responsibility, not let us keep collecting the deposit. And the employees postponed it day after day. What caused it?

Booked through Agoda and saw good reviews.But really, to check in, I called and no one answered the phone. Arrived to check in with the security guard. As soon as we got the room, we hurried up and turned on the air conditioner. It took a very long time, almost 2 hours, and then the air conditioner was not cool. Plus it smells and makes a loud noise. Laying down sweating profusely Have to wake up and adjust the power all the time, hardly able to sleep. At a price of 700++ per night, it is considered expensive. The water in the bathroom is so hot that you can't shower.One time is enough.

Choose this apartment only if you are planning to live temporarily. I would not suggest this apartment if you have a family especially with kids. Everything is pretty slow.I didn't even get the rental contract signed agreement for months from the date of moving in.From my personal experience the technician who is responsible for electricity is so busy that he will take a minimum period of 2-3 weeks even to change a single bulb.The internet connection, as of Jan 2021, SUCKS. They don't provide High speed internet facility too. All they have is either 5mbps or 10mbps packages for 350THB or 500THB that too unstable most of the time. 10mbps in 21st century? Seriously?. If you are a professional who relies too much on work from home then please do not select this apartment.Coming to the positive side, the house keeping service and security guards are really good. There is a nice fresh market and a big mall near by the apartment. Taxi facility is plenty.

Just staying for one night costs 1,000 baht. The receptionist doesn't care. There's a security guard coming to watch while you shower. The worst I've ever seen. #RIP Rangsit Municipality

Clean, comfortable, good service, close to food sources.Got to stay in a room on the 11th floor. The view is very beautiful. The price is not expensive. I recommend it. Stayed 15/5/18.

Apartments are clean and tidy with air conditioners. Friendly staff and very helpful. A good location with plenty around the area with shops and markets close bye. Apartments are serviced but could do with a more checking for the likes of clean towels and the needs of toilet paper. On the side of what is in the room you have a kettle and cups some cutlery but little or no plates should you bring back anything to eat,a small fridge is also in the apartment and a TV all be it that it’s all Thai channels with the odd movie that is in English. Have no idea about cable or satellite TV. A little on the pricey side of things they have two sets of apartments 1 and 2. I stayed at the number 2 apartment block one is just around the corner a little bit.
