The rooms are priced high, in a deep alley, the 7th floor room is very musty, the air conditioner is not cool. And I really like it on the top floor. It's hot.

The hotel is deep from the main road, suitable for having your own car. Because wherever you go, you have to call Grab. The rooms in the building have quite a bit of noise echoing inside the building. The room next to the room above is in front of the room. No matter what they do, the sound will penetrate to our room. Some nights I hardly slept. Consumables/drinking water sold in hotels are quite expensive. Breakfast only has toast and hot dogs, which are the same every day. Overall, if the price is 500 per night, it would be more appropriate.

About cleaning the room Almost 2 p.m., I called the counter to ask. The employee told me to just hang the sign and the housekeeper would do it. So I said I wouldn't have time, so I came to do it for you.Another day, the sign was hung from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. The housekeeper still hasn't come to do it but has done it in another room on the same floor that is the room where the customer checked out. Until I had to open the door and ask what time the room would be made. The answer was "Can I do it tomorrow? I haven't finished it yet today" so I said I'd ask for water, tissues, and towels. The housekeeper said there was only one towel left. I don't think I'll clean it for you. Just water or tissues, I haven't thought of putting them out yet. That is, the price is more expensive than other tourist attractions. Entering the alley is very deep. Other things are acceptable because you come to work and have to stay. But cleanliness is important.The soap ran out from the day of check-in. Hang the sign but don't do it. ***The housekeepers here are good. If you want to do something, just do it. If you don't want to do it, you can. Have you asked the customer if he is okay with you not being comfortable making a room for him? I've slept in a lot of hotels. Normally when I hang a sign, they'll knock on it before noon. This day will end and it still hasn't arrived. I saw so many bad service reviews, I didn't think I'd encounter it myself.

The toilet in Pool 2 is outside and the toilet in Pool 1 next door is inside. Breakfast toast boiled hot dog and black coffeeOverall it's clean. It has a large room. It has a bar, a restaurant and a small grocery store. It has a parking lot and no laundry facilities.

The room was clean, but the worst thing was going to stay for the second time. I reserved a room because I was going to stay for a long time and saw that the room was filling up quickly, so I reserved it. When the rainbow day comes, I will come and pay to stay. We chose PP@Hotel mainly for its proximity to DMK Airport, which was very convenient for our travel plans.However, the hotel itself was too small for our needs. Despite this, the staff were nice and the pool was clean and well-maintained.The surrounding area was lacking, with no nearby restaurants, massage places, or convenience stores, and the street layout was quite odd. 😭We stayed for 2 nights and had to rely on Grab taxis to get to Fortune Park Mall for dining and shopping.A pleasant surprise was the simple breakfast of sausage and bread, which wasn’t listed by the hotel. 🙏It wasn't a fancy meal, but it gave us the time to get ready and start our lazy mornings without rushing out.

Reserve a family room for four people. The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, and has all the equipment. The housekeeper forgot the towels. When informed, he hurriedly brought it to the employee. Cute, asked to leave the car after checking out because I was going to IKEA to help. Simple breakfast, coffee, bread, chicken hot dogs (coffee is free 24 hours a day). The swimming pool is good, but there are few seats because the other side belongs to the person who rents the room next to the swimming pool. (If there were more than 6 people using the pool at the same time, there would be no seats.) The pool is clean. In front of the hotel there is a restaurant, a small shop. At the beginning of the alley there are shops, lots of food, near Future Park. Convenient travel Personally, use Grab to go to Siam Paragon, not expensive, 370 baht. Recommended for those who go to Bangkok but don't want to drive in. There is free parking.
