The hotel is very new, with comfortable and pleasant rooms. The design is simple but luxurious. The bed is soft, and the pillows are comfortable.The service is good and quick, with friendly and smiling staff.Breakfast on the first floor is quite diverse, offering many options, and vegetarians can easily find suitable dishes. On the first floor, there is a sports bar and an Italian restaurant. The food at the Italian restaurant is delicious.The hotel’s location is close to the Don Mueang airport, about 12 mins get in the airport if not traffic jam.The area around the hotel has shopping centers and a cinema.

Recently, the hotel has upgraded the room to a suite. I really like it. The room is large and spacious, very private and comfortable. Good service staff from the valet to the car. Security guard, reception staff and counter And that can't be talked about. Hotel lounge, 11th floor, Nong Aoi, Nong Dream, Nong Nook, and all the children. I apologize for not remembering all their names, but I will say that I remember everyone's faces. The service is really good. Let me tell you. As for the delicious food, there is a variety. The cleanliness of the hotel is the cleanest, a full 10. There are no deductions here. I like Novotel Future Park Rangsit. If it's really not good, we definitely won't rest until almost 60 nights.

Hotel was well located within the Don Mueang International airport and was convenient for me where i had an early flight out at 8AM. Upon arrival i was ushered to the executive lounge where check in was performed; I had booked a normal guest room with executive lounge access, and the hotel upgraded me to their one bedroom suite which was spacious and lovely. Two complimentary drinks from the in-room mini bar were also offered during my stay. I had to leave hotel early on both days hence did not get to try the breakfast onsite. Overall it was a good, convenient stay due to its promixity to the airport.

Overall a great experience. Generally the service was prompt and efficient. The staffs are friendly and take care of their customers. I have deducted one star from service as the room was not tidied up one day when I returned to hotel around 3 PM. Although they got it done immediately after I reported the same.Being a vegetarian, food was a major concern for me. The complimentary breakfast included Puri Sabji and despite the taste, it still felt like a luxury there. The Samosas are a must try if you are there. Really good !!

The hotel is directly at Future Park Rangsit.The parking is outdoors. There is a Pedro restaurant on the first floor. The rooms are standard Novotel style. The air conditioner is cool but shouldn't be lower than 22 degrees. The medium sized breakfast room is right at Pedro. The breakfast is okay, not ugly. I like the gym and swimming pool. Open-close 5:00-22:00, but there is no one to take care of you. Tap your card to enter. The swimming pool is long and you can actually swim. The gym has 2 tracks and 2 bicycles. Overall, the price is a little high. In this location, the price is about the same as in the Sukhumvit zone. But maybe because around here this hotel has the best location.
