Very noisy room, have ants, unable to sleep well due to loud water leaking noises from the bathroom. No "Do not disturb" sign and cleaner come into the room touching my personal belongings without asking

Room was huge and clean ! Very close to pink line bts, 7-11 and a morning market nearby. What's best is the khao tom provided for breakfast, very ahroy mak mak. Only downside is that the room's toilet drainage takes a while for water to drain. Otherwise, you will leave the hotel saying "Thanks pama"

Super duper worst stay experience! Check-in at night, the reception was walking bare foot (not professional), no housekeeping, i ask for extra pillow and they didn't have one. THE WORST PART!!! My bed has MANY RED ANTS! What can be worst?

The rooms are very good, clean, spacious, complete with amenities. Easy to travel, next to the Pink Line MRT. In front of the alley is a 7-eleven. Traveling alone is not scary at all. The hotel owner and all the employees are lovely. Very friendly There is definitely a chance to go back and stay again.

Stayed for 1 night, needed somewhere reasonably close to Lumphini Stadium with an easy journey to BKK airport the next day - ticked both of those boxes!Had to phone someone to check in and also to check out - reception etc not staffed all the time.The room was adequate. Bed was very creaky/noisy, firm mattress. Unfortunately we did wake up to find ants next to the sink in the morning though.There was a full size fridge in the room (but it wasn't plugged in when we got to the room).

Almost didn't get to stay, the car broke down, so I called to cancel but changed my mind to stay again. Even though it was late at night, the owner was very kind, the service was good, there was delicious hot cocoa and two delicious sandwiches in the morning. Convenient parking. The room was very large and spacious.

The best thing is that the mosquitoes can't sleep. Plus, I asked the staff to help get Sheltok to spray and ask about the smell of the mosquito spray. Whoever is coming to stay, check the room carefully first.

This is a cozy service apartment with a reasonable price and a good location near Foodland and the local market. The room is clean and decorated in a loft style. Owners, in particular, are informal and service-oriented. As a result, I recommend this place.
