Room is clean. Centralised Aircon. Good size TV with many international channels. Mattress and water pressure are great. 2 panel windows with blocked view . 2 of our LED lights were flickering. The safe is locked. If you need to ask for a technician to open the safe, you need to tip him. MRT station is within walking distance. Not much to complain about.

The hotel is located in a great location right in the middle of ChinaTown, where it lives. We did not hear any noise from the street in the room. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and we didn't miss anything. The staff at the hotel were nice and we liked the breakfast. I would recommend the hotel for that price.

Hotel in the middle of China town of Bangkok. I was there to pick up my tourists, so no rating on the room. Parking is available for passengers drop off. Toilet at my usage was very smelly 😔 However, the staff were at good hospitality. Comfy lobby for waiting.

We have stayed at this hotel several times this year, but unfortunately our last stay was a bit disappointing. We would have liked our data to be saved in the system when we checked in, especially as returning guests. Instead, we had to fill out everything again, which made reception a bit awkward. The rooftop pool, which we have always enjoyed, unfortunately seems to be getting a bit old. Many of the loungers are damaged and guests have to put up their own umbrellas because no one from the staff takes care of them. That's a shame because we actually come here to relax. However, a highlight was again the breakfast, which we really liked. The location of the hotel in the middle of Chinatown is also unbeatable. However, the rooms vary greatly depending on when they were last renovated. So it's a bit of a matter of luck which room you get.The view from the roof is simply unbeatable and remains a big plus of the hotel.
