Wide and spacious room (3rd floor).Good internet connection per floor.Regular cleaning with replenishment of amenities (bath and face towels, bottled water, etc).Convenient location that is quiet and close to Bang Na BTS + motorcycle taxi available 12 midnight onwards.Value for money = top notch

The room is spacious, clean, the water flows strong, the service is good, the owner is very cute. But it's stuck on one thing. There is no mirror in the room. When I put on makeup and get dressed, I have to go look in the bathroom. It's hot. But if I come around here again Will come to stay again. Close to BTS, very convenient.

Guesthouse in a pleasant location, very close to the BTS station Bang Na (2 minutes walk).It is located in an alley and is very quiet despite the location.Very nice owners and very nice employees, thank you for everything.The rooms are clean, have everything you need but are kept simple, which I personally like very much.The mattress is a little harder, which was a small negative point for me, but that's a matter of taste.The first place that didn't have a safe where I could still leave my things in the room with a clear conscience, we felt very comfortable.You have a dryer and a washing machine in the house so you don't have to go to the laundry.We would stay here again.

Great hotel! We felt very nice here. The owners were nice and smiling, they actually cared about us. The rooms were well-kept, clean, fresh towels and plenty of water to drink. Close to the metro in a very quiet district.5+++

At first, I didn't know where the entrance was, but a neighbor pointed it out to me. There are restaurants nearby, such as a major hamburger shop, popular Japanese restaurants, and food stalls near the BTS station, but they closed early and I couldn't find a convenience store. The room was clean and quite spacious. I could see the BTS station from the room, but it was quiet and I woke up to the sound of birds chirping. The landlady's English is easy to understand and kind, and the dog is cute. Recommended for people who don't go out at night.Thai people seem to like mega bangna and for some reason they often eat there over dinner, even though it's not nearby.

I stayed there with my partner just about 4/5 hours, we were waiting for the our flight and needed to sleep. The owner woman is so nice and helpful. The place is so clean and good budget hotel. Definetly recommend!

The room has the following facilities:- 1 double bed- Private Bathroom- Hair Dryer- Water Kettle- 2 Tea cups + 2 glasses- 2 water bottles (complimentary)- Mini fridge- Air Conditioner- Shampoo + Body Wash- A caged balcony- Desk, Chair, Mirror, Doorless wardrobe (with hangers)Ban Mai was a very clean, quiet, and relaxing to stay at. There was absolutely no nuisance at all during a stay there. The place also felt safe and secure as the doors have extra chain locks and the premise itself has a gate that's locked at night.The staff is also very helpful and very cooperative when we needed anything. We arrived quite late (around 10:20 p.m.) which is a little bit after they officially close check-ins but they accommodated us anyway. We gave them prior notice that we would arrive late so please let them know if you also plan to do this as they wont accept any check-ins outside of their opening time have not been notified prior to arrival.The only downside will be that they do not have any parking spaces but this is not too much of a problem because there is a temple about 50 m away that offer parking spaces for only 50 baht per night.

Went to stay because there was a graduation ceremony. The auntie who owns the dormitory is very well spoken, polite, and very friendly. The dogs are cute, the rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cool, the accommodations are quiet. There is no noise, close to Bitec and next to BTS, but I would like to deduct one star because the dormitory does not provide parking. So we had to park in the temple parking area. So it's not very convenient here. But overall it's good. Thank you for taking good care of me.

I rented a room since my graduation ceremony was held at bitec bagna. The rooms were very spacious, the staffs and everyone are very nice. I fortunately got to meet the owner of the place and it was very exciting, she explained how the hotel came to be. It used to be a silk fabric manufacturer that would export to different countries, they were considered as the front tier silk fabric producer back in the days.Although, the beds are kind of stiff but you can always ask them to add a topper without charge. Finding the hotel itself might be a bit confusing since the layout is like a house, i would advise you to call them when you get near the hotel and they will come and guide you or explain where to go.

We stayed in November 2021. The entrance has the feel of a private house, making you wonder if taxi drivers even hang out here. Reception is on the 1st floor. The room is decorated in red and gold, probably because it's Chinese.The landlady is a smiling and kind lady.There is no elevator, so the 2nd floor is actually the 3rd floor. If your suitcase is large and heavy, please do your best.The shower room had bath gel and shampoo. Towels come in various sizes. No amenities.There is a washing machine outside.The small window at the top of the bathroom was open and a mosquito came in through it and bit me. be careful.The bedding was clean.I feel like just sleeping is enough.
