The room is very small, very. But it is super clean and has air conditioning. It has a locker, and clean sheets. They do not serve breakfast as it says on the Internet. They should update that. The bathrooms are generally clean, and the kitchen is always clean. It is a family house. The atmosphere is calm and there is good Internet.

The hostel is in an area that allows you to reach the center of Bangkok quite easily via metro or BTSLine, in an alley between newly built skyscrapers. The possibility of being able to refill water and have tea and other drinks for breakfast for free is excellent. The flaw we found was that our room had no windows (except one that opened into the internal corridor, also without windows), I didn't think it was signposted, otherwise I probably would have avoided it as a claustrophobic. Also pay attention to the sockets that did not support (at least in our room) fast charging of phones. For the rest ok.

It was our first night in Bangkoi, a success. It is in an alley but good, and a 2-minute walk from a main street and night market. Clean room, fourth floor without elevator but good too, we came as backpackers and we knew what was going to happen to us. Correct price quality.

Even though hiding near Bangkok Bank just 1 min walk, it doesn't noisy at all. It is a acceptable walking distance to BTS, MRT and bus stop.Host is kind and friendly.

The room is good for the price you pay, the problem was that at 7:30 in the morning, small children started to scream and play without any attention, thus preventing you from being able to rest and sleep with the screams... it's a shame because the location and attention was very good.

It's a hostel that is a home away from home for local people. In the area of Soi Phiphat, Silom Road, near Soi Laisap. Next to Bangkok Bank There are many shops.The decoration is like a real house, with reasonably good amenities. I booked a single room at this hostel for the second time. Although I have to share a bathroom, I slept really well. The lady at the front desk was also very helpful. It's a distance walk to the BTS stations, but you can choose to go to either Saladaeng Station or Chong Nonsi Station.

The owner is really super friendly and accommodating, a very warm person.Unfortunately, the hostel itself is not well maintained. The photos must be many years old and very well edited.The private room I had had no window to the outside, just a leaky hatch through which you could hear word for word every noise, including the television with the children's program or the morning coffee chat. The sliding door was also leaking and didn't seem very safe. However, there was a safe that didn't work properly either (maybe I was too stupid for that). Towels are provided, which I think is very good. The covers and towels had some reddish/brown spots, but this was due to washing. Not pretty, but not to be considered unclean.The bathrooms were really not good... There was a lot of mold in every shared pool and there was a bad smell coming from the pipes (as is often the case in Thailand, so it wasn't that bad). The hostel has a no-shoe policy, which means you don't wear shoes inside. That's fine, but the floors and especially the bathrooms have to be 100% clean and not disgusting. However, this is unfortunately the case. You can almost feel the athlete's foot crawling to your feet while showering between heavily mold-infested walls.In summary, one could say that you get the right counterpart for the very reasonable price. The location is very very good!I hope that the Tini Kati Hostel will pick itself up and renovate, or find high standards for itself again.

Stayed here for one week. Perfect location. Near BTS, plenty of food and restaurants. Room is super clean and the AC was almost too cold. Very quiet and restful. Beautiful family. Thank you for sharing your place with us. Booked through Agoda. Amazing price point for lodging.
