It was good tiny room ,so comfy but i was stuck with some smelly bed sheet pillow case n blanket ,feel rotten and an important thing bad manners to 2 employees there,feel grumpy me when i need to change bedsheet coz it was smelly they reacted to me like u changed it twice and i had to endured w bad smell for 6 nights ,could u change? Never mind ,i had brought air fresheners spray to decrease the smell already. It wasnt okay for 800 bath per night .it was be 300-400 .that 's it. I dun wanna make troble but its ma rights.Parking is convenient but the entrance is lonely. The mattress smells musty. Especially the pillowcases. Even if you change the mattress set once, it still smells musty like before. The towels are very hard. It's like not wearing fabric softener. One of the aunt's employees had a large face with acne. Talking like you're dissatisfied Said we changed your sheets twice even though we only changed them once.This hasn't changed. Added because no matter how you change it, it still smells bad, like drying clothes in a stuffy place. Room cleaning service. Stayed for six nights. Should speak nicely and make a nice face. Whether it's one night or six We lose money every night. Pay daily to stay I just said that it was smelly, I didn't say that I would change more because I knew that washing the bedsheets might be difficult. But I had to endure six nights of sleep! In this stench every night! And then you will still be dissatisfied. I didn't ask to change the bedsheets, but just asked for extra towels. The cleaning staff just changed the things and had the room swept for only one day, other than that for several days as well, they swept the room and only brought the things. End. Sweep the floor yourself. Then why do you want to put up a make room sign?

At first glance, this hotel seemed acceptable. The lobby smelled decent, and the space was generous. However, our nightmare began when we needed to shower after a long trip from the airport. The bathroom was filthy, with hair and trash littering the floor. The real horror hit when we went to bed. The overpowering stench of dust and dirt from the sheets was unbearable. We couldn’t sleep a wink; I had to sleep uncovered because I felt bugs crawling all over me inside the sheets. This was an absolutely disgusting experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. By the way this shouldn’t cost more than 300$ THB per night.

First time entering Good welcome service. But the fault came from the housekeeper. I slept for 6 nights. The sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels smelt every 6 days. When the housekeeper came to change He looked dissatisfied. Then came and told me to change it myself. which should be changed every day It's already normal. But this stinks every day. The size was changed and brought a new one. Still smells the same. It's like the clothes aren't dry and then you give them to use or don't add fabric softener. What furniture did you find? Considered together with the price paid and the service from the housekeeper and The smell of the bed You shouldn't have to pay 800 per night. You should pay 300-400 hundred per night. If there is a service like this, the clothes smell like this. I won't let it pass. **Normally, I try sleeping in many different places. I've never had stinky clothes like this anywhere. This one is very smelly. When I sleep, the stench clings to my shirt and hair. Until I had to buy deodorant spray to spray in the room myself. Looking at it all, I don't recommend it. Or if you can't think of anything, try it. I paid for 6 nights already. So I couldn't ask for a refund or move out and had to endure the musty smell for 7 full days and 6 nights. **(When I sleep, I have to bring a cloth to cover again.

Awesome place to stay in a perfect location. Walking distance to the mall, plenty of street food options close by plus a handful of 7/11s. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Friendly staff. Zero complaints.

Hotel Star Sukhumvit - I made a reservation for an extra day because my plane flight was coming in at 3am (Between 2 days) and the hotel canceled my reservation at 6am on the day I arrived. Because according to them I did not check in after 2pm the day before (how can I?). I wasn't late. 3am is the time my flight was supposed to arrive, and I was planning to show up at the hotel at 7am to check in. Except they canceled the reservation as I was about to leave the airport.The manager did not bother emailing me or calling or texting me to see why I did not come in at 2pm. Some hotels in Bangkok do contact you about things like this.I won't stay here in the future. It almost ruined my trip because I had a medical procedure done in Bangkok and I was able to rebook another stay at this hotel stay quickly before someone else booked the room.The management has no common sense. Since a lot of tourists stay at that hotel they should be aware of things like flight delays.It's a 10-15 minutes walk to the BTS past a smelly water treatment plant. Try not to get hit by passing cars on the extremely narrow bridge. Nothing around you but two 7-11s within 5 minutes walking distance.You are far from the City Center. 35 Minutes plus to Siam Center malls if you consider those areas interesting. 45 minutes during rush hours.The interior hallways are not air-conditioned. Only your room is.Expedia would not let me publish the review on their app. So here it is. Expedia didn't help me much in communicating with the hotel management through the app either, so don't bother with them. I planned the stay 6 weeks in advance and it was almost ruined by an inconsiderate hotel employee.Don't let it happen to you. Unfortunately, you can't communicate with hotel staff through the Expedia app, and even if you did, they don't really speak English. So there's the possibility for miscommunication here.
