You can rent a cottage on the owner's property. It is at the end of the street within walking distance from Phrom Phong. Anyway, the room was cute so I stayed there. I booked on Booking.com, which was cheaper than Airbnb and Booking.com. You will receive a room key and a gate key, and you can come and go as you like, and you can also use the pool privately at any time you like. Beds and towels are very clean and smell good. The bathroom is also clean. There is no TV, but there is a refrigerator. The rose tea they serve is the best. I couldn't get a key to the gate leading to the back street, so that was inconvenient. (It would be very convenient if you could use that gate) There are many cats around. Also, there are a lot of mosquitoes, so insect repellent is a must. It's not a hotel but a regular home, so it's a little difficult to set points when ordering a ride to a club.

We booked this location for our graduation vacation, and the house was the standout. We love it.The property owners and housemaids were extremely welcoming to us, even when we arrived at 1am. The guest room is nicely decorated, tidy, and secluded, despite the house's age. It is a hidden gem in the heart of Bangkok, complete with a garden full of large trees and a saltwater pool. I felt at home. The entrance gate is on St. 28 and the back gate is on St. 26 of Sukhumvit Rd., making it very easy to get around. Nearby BTS Phrom Phong, the new mall EmSphere (IKEA BKK), hidden bars in a Japanese-style lane, and many of the Michelin Stars noodles bistros around...A huge plus was that this neighborhood was very quiet at night; we had truly good sleep. And there were many fatty cats on the street.I highly recommend it for solo travelers or couples who like quietness, pets, and local lifestyle experiences.
