Not suitable for solo travellers. No Electric Kettle to boil water (which is essential for solo travellers), hot water is only available at reception (8.30 am till night), and the TV (not smart TV) is also always interrupted.But overall, the staff Service is good, the lady is kind enough to give me a higher floor, and the room is clean. Just Had to move out due to a lack access of to hot water.

Clean, affordable, quite 7-11 just around the corner, Sapolkan sports academy a min away where you can indulge in sports, kind, helpful, professional staff.

Horrible, the manager downstairs is rude and aggressive towards customers. There is NO WIFI. No shops or restaurants near by. Also has sewage odors in the bathroom. There was a power cut around 8:30 p.m. one evening.

Good for the price! The room is clean and looks exactly like how it is in the reviews. Air condition and wifi is working well. Hot shower is working. Staffs are friendly. I have nothing to complain.

The location is so bad. It's near the Airport Railroad Langkhamhaeng, but it's definitely not within walking distance. It's an apartment on a really local street... It's very old and the room isn't clean. To catch a bus or taxi, you have to walk for about 15 minutes... or call a taxi using Grab or Bolt. However, because it is so remote, it is difficult to come here.I stayed at this accommodation for 3 nights, but the accommodation is not clean. Even if they do clean it, they only change towels. They don't replace the blankets, they just tidy them up. I asked for the room to be cleaned when I went out, but when I returned later in the evening, the door to my accommodation was left open. When I complained, he told me that he didn't know about it and that he would call a cleaner the next day and that I should complain in person. It was so meaningless.There are no amenities around. Convenience store, restaurant, market, massage shop... nothing~ There is no soundproofing between the accommodations, and you can hear people walking in the hallway... This is an apartment with more long-term residents than tourists.Please take note if you wish to use it.

Booked through Agoda for about 500 baht.The employee is an aunt. Good service to everyone. Call to inquire about check-in. because it will be very late They take care of answering questions very well.The front of the alley before reaching the accommodation may look dark. But the accommodation is bright and clean.The room has cool air conditioning, a large clear TV, a balcony, and a bathroom with strong water flow. Recommended at this price.

Bad room horrible bathroom old sink and shower smells mold everywhere. Ac was loud bed was ok tv was new but channels where grainy af . Reception was not welcoming asked for paspoort no hello welcome started to look threw my paspoort without asking . Only light was the receptionist in the morning was kind and sweet .

The service here was top of the line, best I had in Thailand hotels. Very helpful and accommodating, cleaning staff came daily to clean and give me water. Located in the city and has a gym to work out, nice amount of storage, but the room itself was a bit small. Good for a solo traveler but not a family.

I am a monthly renter who has lived here for many years. Because it's next to the workplace, it's only a few steps away. Perceived of poor service But the owners increased the prices at the end of 2022, causing many of the original tenants to move out. In addition, foreign tourists making daily rentals appear to be much less than before. Now I'm so glad I bought a car to travel to work. and will leave a place where there is nothing pleasing to the ears and eyes The service of the employees is bad. In front of them they speak well, but behind their backs they gossip about the residents. But there's something strange: many years ago, the building had been renovated, repainted, new floors, changed here and there, etc. But to my surprise, there were still scratches and obscene art in the elevator. It's like in a public restroom. Just paint over it and it's beautiful but it doesn't work......Okay, I'll get out of here. Very happy....bye bye
