They didn't clean it properly before moving in, so there were dead cockroaches and something as big as a thumb crawling out of the room. Even though I caught 4 of them, they kept crawling out. I inquired with the Airbnb host in the morning, but he responded insincerely the next night, and since there was no solution, I got so scared during my stay that I ran away. Naom, if you are a cockroach lover, be sure to make a reservation

The location of this apartment is near central areas but 15mins walk to public transportation. I had a very bad experience staying there. There were no attendants but on security guards doing the work without any English speaking people. The AC is leaking and not cold at all. The room starts to heat up around 9am and is just horrible all through the night. The hardwood floors have cracked and it seems the facilities are poorly maintained. The water heater does not give you full hot water. We have no one to complain about our problems and no directions given either.

Bad experience by choosing this place to stay. The reception isn't always available so if you need assistance, u won't get any help. The hot shower didn't work for 3 days (poorly I have a baby who needs a warm shower every day). A lot of cockroaches in the bedroom, no housekeeping service until 1 week stay. The staff isn't honest about lost and found. I forgot to leave some stuff when I checked out, and they didn't take care of guess belongings.

Reserve in Tavel, contact by number, stuck with someone who doesn't know, call by number on the map at 9:20 a.m., informed that they still haven't come to work. You can leave your things at the hospital. Conditions are not comfortable, only difficult, not a good place to stay, looks scary. The door is locked. I'm clear.

Reasonably priced. The bed is comfortable. At just under 800 baht a night, you can't expect too much. I was satisfied.

Booked on Airbnb and the photos are 5-10 years old. The floor in our room is pulling up (laminate) and we have caught our toes more than once. The gym and pool get zero stars. Nothing on the gym works and if it does it needs major maintenance (small and all the equipment is cheap). The pool has not been cleaned for years and I would be amazed if someone got into it.Very disappointing!

Rooms have new interior, however facilities are outdated (fitness/pool). The pool didn't have stairs to get in or out and had chipped tiles. Not all equipment in the gym was working. Location is good but 15 min walk to most nearby meteo or sky train station.

Clean comfy apartments for reasonable price. Photos on Airbnb are real. Compared to the terrible smelly hotel with fake pics that I stayed at a couple days ago, this place is amazing.

I can't recommend it. It looks good from the outside, but the inside is very run down, for example the pool.Fitness room was solidly equipped.The room we rented through Airbnb was dirty and only had the bare necessities, 2 towels for showering for example, nothing else. The price is good, but the price-performance ratio… well.By the way, the security guard sleeps behind the house all night.Not even toilet paper in the pool toilets. Would definitely not book here again.
