Best Value for money.People are so nice and welcoming. The location is great next to BTS, which is convenient. Tops supermarket and so many restaurants right in front.We had a wonderful experience.Thank you so very much

Out of the way but 2 minutes to transportWe stayed at nr1 ground floor. The room is huge and even has a separate kitchen with microwave, kettle and fridge.The walk in rate is 700 baht, we'll worth it.Everything worked, bed was very comfy. The guy at reception was friendly and helpful despite not knowing English.You are 2 minutes walk from fresh convenience store, restaurants and the skytrain station that will take you anywhere.

Security is not good...When I visited, there was no one there...The refrigerator in the room is covered in frost on the balcony outside...😱

Fantastic place because it is quiet for sleeping but at the same time close to any attraction, restaurants, pubs, night clubs and is also located near the Gateway shopping center and the Ekamai BTS station. The owners are very kind and helpful, they make you feel good. The rooms are spacious, clean and the hotel guarantees safety. The price is excellent the hotel is located on sukhumvit near the center. I will definitely return, highly recommended.

The rooms are reasonably sized. The location is fantastic and quiet. The service from the staff is really good. Don’t hesitate to call if you have any problems and they are really helpful.

Worst, even though I had made a reservation, the room was full so I was told to move to an affiliated store, and even though I had made a reservation because it was near Phra Khanong station, the hotel was far from Ekkamai station, and I had to pay for the transportation myself, and the affiliated store also seemed to be full, so it was in a separate building and had a live-in employee. A room with no windows that is likely to have dust mites with water leaking in a dirty room like the room❗️

Nice hotel in a perfect location and great value ! Beds were super comfortable after getting off a long flight! The management was super accomodating to our needs and the room was lovely and spacious with good natural light and a balcony and everything was clean too. The BTS station is a two minute walk away as are plenty of shops and cafés but the street is nice and quiet which seems hard to find in Bangkok. Overall a very pleasant stay, and will be back again in the future!!

I stayed in room 1 on the first floor for two days.I made a reservation for around 18,000 won.I moved around during the day, so I mostly just slept at the dorm.The room was clean with no bugs, but because it was old, there were signs of wear and tear.There was no problem with the air conditioner or hot shower, but the air conditioner makes noise, so avoid it if you are sensitive. However, I think it will be the same in all hotels unless it is a very good hotel.The lights in the bathroom are dark, probably because they share the same ceiling lights as the kitchen.Still, I am satisfied with it, not as much as I was worried about after reading other recent reviews.If you want better room conditions, you will have to book accommodation that costs more than 50,000 won.

Does not look like the photos they have posted at all. Here on Google the public will see the truth. To have a room with mould, a broken patio lock, leaking sink, no soundproofing and a boss who isn't polite in the slightest. I've stayed in better grotty hostels in the past.

The hotel is good considering what it costs and the location where it is.It is cheap but has a closet, full bathroom, shower with screen, safe and balcony.The location couldn't be better, next to the BTS and in an area with bars, restaurants, the Japanese area and the Cielo skybar.Still, it is on a pleasant, calm and silent journey that seems more like a small town than Bangkok.What it would need is some maintenance.

Don’t trust the photos
They gave us a room (room#2) with windows facing a black wall, no natural lights, no balcony. No apologies, the owner is not nice and selectively deaf when you ask to change rooms.

The worst hotel of my 40 years.I booked a double room of 30 square meters, but the room I was shown wasIt was 20 square meters. They said they would change it the next day, but I waited without unpacking and the room wasn't empty, so it was postponed to the next day. The next day, they said they would show me to this room, but 5 minutes later they said no again. I got angry and complained, so I ended up in a 30-square-foot room, but the air conditioner wasn't cool and there was a strange, rotten smell coming out, so I couldn't breathe, so I had to stay in another hotel for two nights.Really no conscience.

Small rooms, furnishings rather shabby, the bed was hard. It smelled very strongly of mold.We had a spider in the bathroom and there were spider eggs swarming behind our window. I didn't get any sleep that night.The staff tried hard, but barely understands English

It's located at the back of an alley, but there's a signboard so you can easily find it. At first glance, you can't tell it's a hotel. There is no reception, so please ring the doorbell. Our staff will respond immediately.
