A very bad hotel. Non-existent services. Non-existent room service. Noisy. Air conditioners are present in the bathroom. It is very small. The receptionist has bad behavior. Poor air conditioning. Bad cleanliness. There are no bad smells in the rooms and the beds have insects in the room. This is not a hotel. This is a detention center.

The worst hotel I have stayed in in recent years, bar none. The water heater next to it was so noisy at 1 o'clock at night that I couldn't sleep at all.

Place is kinda dirty, snot on the wall etc🙄 in evenings there's sex workers right near the entrance and around so i guess this inn is oriented for this type of stay😬 street is noisy with lots of bars but fortunately i got the window faces to other side. Also i met that lady people mention. I saw her arguing with another guest (which was far behind just impolite) but didn't confront with her by myself

I have visited cheap hotels across Asia but this is the 1st time I encountered such horrible experiences.I take it that it's a norm for hotels to have the basic service of housekeeping everyday (may it be late, or they forget to replace your towels, replenish your toiletries) right?? Oh well, after my first night, there was none of anything. I went to the front desk, this feisty and animated lady shouted at me saying I HAVE to inform them if I wanted housekeeping, animated gestures included.Fine, I know I paid peanuts, so I get lesser service. On the 2nd day, I heard a chambermaid cleaning a room beside me. I requested just for a change of towels, clearing of trash and replenishment of water and toilet paper...my my her attitude was as feisty as the lady at the front desk. "Not now!" was her response, while giving me a dirty stare as if I am requesting something absurd. When i finally requested for housekeeping on the same day the same lady at the front desk insists that I surrender my keys and go out of the room for at least an hour if I want it cleaned. So, out I went, even though I never had any problems while requesting cleaning of room in my presence before. Third day, I requested only for a change of towels, replenishment of toilet paper and drinking water and clearing of trash. Same front desk lady again, DEMANDED I myself bring all those I wanted to be refreshed down to the ground floor for one to one exchange. In the process, I saw a couple of tourists doing the same thing. Talk about service! So, I tried not to talk to them anymore for the last 3 nights. On the final night before I leave, my last request was for them to help me secure a taxi to the airport....to which they gestured and "informed" me to "just flag for a taxi".I am flabbergasted. This is the first time in over 20years of travelling overseas I have encountered such service. Lesser countries in Asia don't have hotels or "inns" operating this way. Finally, the establishment doesn't have an in room safe box as mentioned. For those who might feel I am making a big deal, for your info, on my checkout day, which is about 10am in the morning, expect to pay upwards of 500baht to go to the airport by flagging down a taxi. It's kind of a standard fare nowadays to be honest, but it's not about the money, it's about the peace of mind you cannot get knowing a taxi is waiting for you on time. Pre booking a ride with grab or bolt will get repeated cancellations from drivers. Flagging taxis on the road you might be quoted higher fares, and many drivers dont enjoy going to the airport in the morning for anywhere less than 600baht. To put it simply, do you want your departure to be in jeopardy? If you want a cheap room, yes. Anything else, you can forget about it. This is definitely my first and final time there. What I cannot accept is really the simple request of helping me secure a taxi to the airport gotten rejected.
