Pretty crappy hotelOnly one housing card is given for 2 peopleThe room is dark at nightWithout smart TV, TV is uselessA lot of things are broken (hair dryer, toilet, shower head)...a bunch of themThe service is average. The lobby is small and old. I had a good timeSince I was alone, it was comfortable, spacious, and clean.I didn't have any complaintsI showered often, but this was the only place where the filter was clean for a week, and I like the white filter.Instead, the hotel was old and the shower was old.

Great location near shops. Good value for money room. Tiny balcony without furniture. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Transportation nearby. For the Dutch: "special frikandels and bitterballen available at Det5, diagonally opposite Hope Land".

Large hotel toward the bottom end of Soi 8, so the area is quiet (exception of large scale building works adjacent outwith the control of the hotel to be fair) the hotel is a little tired in places and in need of some maintenance, that said, our room was clean, kept clean but the staff, a decent size, good air con, nice bathroom and a balcony (no furniture on balcony as its quite thin in width). The staff were helpful and for a reasonable price i give a higher rating. Don’t expect perfection, but for the location and price we would stay again. Rooftop and pool area are nice, again in need of maintenance, but still very useful and a main factor in choosing this hotel.

The service and rooms were good. The location is a 5-minute walk from Nana Station, and there are delicious restaurants, massage shops, pubs, and Koreatown nearby. I plan to visit again next time. Good, good

The location is very convenient from nana bts. When you walk to the intersection, there are a bunch of stalls where you can buy food and take it back to the hotel. The hotel has a balcony where you can breathe fresh air. The dining table in the room is also very big. I like it very much. The refrigerator is not as small as in ordinary hotels. With a large refrigerator of more than 100 liters, I no longer have to squeeze items to be refrigerated into a ball 😂The only drawback is that the water pressure in the bathroom is too low, and the water can be hot and cold. I hope this can be improved.

Hope land offered no hope at all. The suite stank of old smoke, I complained and nobody gave a damn. Pool water was cloudy (scary)|Breakfast- WOW not in a good way, insects in the food on more than 1 morning. Same repeating menu.|Poor level of housekeeping.|Sorry but it was really a mess, disappointed beyond belief.

Hotel is fine, clean and large rooms.But poorly maintained, which is a shame. The doorman inside and outside will help you with everything and give the hotel that little bit extra. The location is fine. Close to large shopping center Soi Cowboy, skytrains and restaurants.

Great value for money. Excellent location with clean, pleasant rooms at a reasonable price. Everything is spotless, and the rooms are serviced daily at the same time. While it's not a modern hotel, the rooms are older but well-maintained and clean, which I personally prefer. The water is hot with good pressure, and the staff is very friendly.If you're seeking high-end luxury, this hotel may not be for you. But if you want a quality stay at a fair price in a prime location, I highly recommend it.

Excellent compromise to stay in the heart of sukhumvit. Quiet from the nightlife and 5 minutes from Nana BTS station. Hotel on a human scale, with unobstructed views, a rooftop swimming pool with a view of the skyscrapers of Sukhumvit that you can't get enough of. 7/11 next door and restaurants, bars and various services nearby. Ideal for a stay.

I usually stay at Hopeland on soi24.I made a reservation for the first time when I learned that this soi8 was opened when I visited Thailand for the first time in four years due to COVID19.In my opinion, the location is good, but the quality of the rooms is not good.・The room is dark・Washing machine does not have drying function・The recklessness of the guests from the neighboring peninsulaI think it could be a better hotel if the service was revised a little, but I personally prefer Soi24 or Hopeland on 46.However, I think the location is good.
