My husband and I have had the pleasure of staying at the Davis Hotel multiple times, and it never disappoints. The hotel has a charming, old-school feel, yet it’s impeccably maintained. The rooms are generously sized, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Despite the presence of a nightclub on the lobby level, the soundproofing is excellent—you can’t hear a thing from the rooms.The hotel is located on a lovely street lined with several charming cafes, and it’s just a stone’s throw from the malls, making it a perfect spot for both relaxation and shopping. The staff at the Davis are incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which adds to the warm atmosphere. One of our favorite features is the rooftop pool, which is both charming and full of character. It’s the perfect spot to unwind. We look forward to our next stay at this lovely hotel. Highly recommended!

1) After checking in, my bag didn't arrive so I called twice, but after waiting for over 40 minutes, I ended up going down and picking it up myself.2) Even if you ask for one more set of blankets, it’s Hamheung Chasa. When I went out to the hallway, I saw that the cleaning staff was cleaning another room, so I asked them, and they said, "Oh, this is for your room, which is what you requested." Shouldn't common sense tell you to bring it first and then clean the empty room?3) Breakfast is better than 7-Eleven. There isn't even the usual honey next to the bread.4) If you call the front desk 10 times from your room, you will be answered 1-2 times.5) The swimming pool is past the lounge, but even when guests come, the staff doesn't pay any attention and is just looking at their phones.6) The shower water in the room smells like rust. For reference, I stayed in the main wing suite.While living in Bangkok, I come here to stay at the hotel once a month, and I have absolutely no desire to go back here. It's the worst. It's just worse than 2 stars.

If you don't want to ruin your trip, go to another hotel. There are more than one problem. First of all, I am currently staying in the main wing suite. A loud roar is heard from the ceiling every minute. Last night around 11:00, I went to the staff and inquired directly, and they told me that I couldn't change the room because it was fully booked. The employee said he would come to listen to the noise himself, but he did nothing. The noise continued today, so I inquired with the staff around 6 p.m. and they asked me to change my room without even saying a word of apology. It's like this. Perhaps they felt that their English was lacking, so the ridicule was an added bonus. For reference, it's really far from the subway station, there's no shuttle, and the facilities are so dark and dirty that you wonder if they've been cleaned. Even though it’s a suite. The Asian-style swimming pool photo posted on Google is not a photo of this hotel's swimming pool. Be sure to look for a lot of reviews before going to the hotel. If that's the case, you won't be able to come here. (The video is a noise video. The sound continues, but the noise stops at about 14 seconds.)I changed my room to the downstairs, but this time I heard noise from the main room. A great party hotel!

It is a nice hotel with a busy architecture from an old building. It made finding my room an adventure. It was a busy hotel but the park where it is located has a good atmosphere. The breakfast was a typical buffet which didn’t impress me and the bar at night was quite busy and a bit pretentious. Staff attending the bar not very friendly either, but by contrast the recepcionista were quite nice and went out of their way to help

It lived up to my expectations in every measure. Wanted to stay here for quite some time. My room was a good size, well appointed and a really comfortable bed. The shower was great- excellent pressure. My only disappointment was the front desk- nothing happened quickly and everything seemed to take ages. Nevertheless, I will return.
