I made a booking here through Agoda , I dont know if the hotel is nice or not but I havent rated it highly because when I traveled to the hotel they said they didnt receive payment and hadnt received any payment from Agoda for 2 years, and they wanted me to pay . I asked: why they still had an advertisement on Agoda then if they didn't receive payments ?They asked why I didnt stay in a 3 star hotel . When I said I would go elsewhere and apply to Agoda for a refund they said they would refund me , I asked what will they refund if I havent paid . Then they said the payments from Agoda hadnt been smooth. I just left and applied to Agoda for a refund - I paid but that hotel said I had not . Its a hassle though travelling there and back must have cost 2 dollar and it took hours. Agoda will refund the money and give me 41 cents for the trouble. ,“It's not the destination, it's the journey”
