Erra 2's room had a lot of small fleas... I wanted to rest and couldn't sleep because my whole body was itchy... finally I took a shower and went to sleep in the car... I told the guard only to reply "ooooo..... " cool... 🫣🫣

Wow, 395 thousand is not suitable, the worst thing is that there are lots of lice in the bed, the whole body is itchy, there are bumps. So I didn't sleep all night. Paaraaaah

ATTENTION: DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.The receptionist said it had been 8 months (from January 2024) without collaborating with online travel agents. Arranging refunds for online bookings is not the hotel's responsibility, so they won't be helped (even worse, being scolded by the receptionist even though they wanted to book on the spot... in the end they preferred not to).. The refund process is not necessarily reversed, said another reviewer..

I ordered via Oyo online...until the hotel said I had not cooperated with Oyo, even though it arrived at 10 pm, the order on the application was not registered, the money was forfeited, be careful ordering at Oyo and the Savana Hotel Bandung

I went there 2 months ago, on the spot I immediately negotiated the price for 2 rooms, I think it's worth it. The guards are also nice, the location is easy to find, there is also a pantry for cooking hot water/instant noodles. Near the warungs, there is also Kang Bubur opposite the hotel in the morning. Just didn't get breakfast in the morning.

Saturday, it's a long way from Jakarta" I was about to check in and make payment, when we got to the hotel we were confronted by an arrogant father who was meeting (the VICTIM) who had the same fate as us, we just wanted to ask before he was finished, it had been deducted "I DON'T COOPERATE WITH O*O, YOUR MONEY JUST ASK TO GO THERE (O*O), while being angry" His father pushed him away with his body language,JUST A SUGGESTION IF YOU DON'T WORK WITH IT, IT SHOULD BE OFFLINE AND NOT ONLINE ANYMORE, BUT IT'S STILL SLIWERING IN THE O*O APK,HAPPY TO GET THE MONEY BACK, BUT WAIT 2 DAYSJUST IMAGINE THAT YOU'VE GOT SO FAR FROM "BRINGING THE REST MONEY" AND EVEN FINDING AN UNPROFESSIONAL HOTEL LIKE THIS, POOR.

Sorry, I want an honest review.The room price is very expensive and not worth it with the limited facilities.It needs to be improved further so that the facilities obtained must be in accordance with the price per night/+-300k.The TV doesn't work well, there are only a few channels.The bathroom is not suitable.Small mattress.There's only 1 plug for charging so you have to replace it.And there are many other shortcomings.Is that what is called an executive?
