The Fortuna Syariah hotel is NOT RESPONSIBLE, don't be fooled friends by the cheap prices on the TRAVELOKA AND OYO applications, because yesterday I ordered 2 rooms via the application, when I came to the receptionist, the waiter said that I NO LONGER WORK WITH THE APPLICATION AND DO NOT KNOW THE APPLICATION THAT, I was forced to pay again at 2x the price at Traveloka and OYO...the hotel should have confirmed it in the application so it wouldn't be entered again...hopefully my notes are useful...greetings, breadwinners...

It's really bad. What hotel? It's not clear that the entrance door has been badly damaged. The room was dirty, the AC didn't work. Just a sound. The rooms are full of mosquitoes. Extraordinarily serious. Not recommended. It's better if I sleep in the mosque like this. I want to be comfortable, but instead I can't sleep. Like a ghost hotel. Just because my husband was so tired, I had to sleep in too. My worst experience was staying at this hotel.

My experience with this inn was very bad. Initially I wanted to stay overnight with my parents because my rent was small.When booking, the fee was 150k, but instead I had to write the receipt myself, while the person was sleeping around. Then I was forbidden to see the room first (I wanted to check whether it was good or not)Finally I was forced to book straight away without seeing the roomMy mother said that when I stayed here, there were people who were noisy, singing in the kitchen and even climbing up to the top of the pantry. Then the AC kept turning off, until my mother had to go back and forth to call the receptionist. It's really bad, O God... Even though my mother was tired from coming here, she got lodging with bad service. Hopefully the service can be improved.

Worst of all, the place is very dirty, especially the bathroom, the toilet still has traces of previous people's feces, the bathtub has lots of mosquito larvae, even at night when we want to take a shower everything sneezes first, luckily we brought laundry soap, the bed was wiped with a wet tissue until the items . We wanted to complain straight away, but because we were so tired, we wanted to change, we had already paid, the problem was that we didn't look at the condition of the room first. The floor had been mopped like a dirty mop, lots of dried candy on the floor, this is the worst thing. Even though all the ones I live in are around 100 thousand, they are all clean. Only this one is worrying.If possible, in the future, try to pay more attention to cleanliness, even if the room is just ordinary, if visitors get a clean place, they will definitely be happy, like me, if you stay overnight, it doesn't need to be luxurious, the important thing is that it is clean. But before leaving the place, we should clean everything first, hopefully it will be a material for improvement, okay? So that if you go there again in a clean condition, it can leave a good impression for the visitors.
