The hotel is really clean, the facilities are above my expectations. Can check in early in the morning, very suitable for travelers from the direction of Gedebage who want to go to Bandung. Fast water, clean KM, cold AC, that's it for smart TV. Maintain the quality 👍

The disclaimer that I am telling you about is the minuses that I encountered, apart from the minuses, there are lots of advantages.First, when checking in to sign the statement, there is a point that smoking is prohibited in the room, even though I am a smoker, I don't smoke in the room. Then when I checked out, the receptionist with frizzy hair checked my room and said that I was using a vape. I was even more confused because I didn't vape... it turned out that what I smelled was my perfume (caffelate aroma). From here there is a misunderstanding, but the way you conveyed it to me regarding Vape was intimidating... please evaluate it.Second, please also explain in the statement letter at the beginning that the use of Vapes is also prohibited, because the statement letter does not state a prohibition on Vaping. In the room there is a no smoking logo 🚭. For example, when I brought and smoked a vape, I would have argued, because in the statement there was no prohibition against vaping. Moreover, the frivolous receptionist had an intimidating demeanor.That's all the evaluation for Urbanview management... apart from that, the hotel is very comfortable. Hopefully Urbanview will continue to improve to be the best.

Clean, professional in set up furniture just started in Feb 2024, shoes shoul be enable to be used until room, my rating of undervaluation are far from culinary street, no tissue provided ,many rubbish under my bed such as plastic bottles, tooth brush and etc, the terrace was so dusty and better to utilize spring bed type. Thanks

I really like this hotel. The place is comfortable. The rooms are really comfortable. The receptionist is friendly, the location is nice and not noisy. The pictures on the maps are really real pics, guys...Highly recommended for those of you who are playing in Bandung for just a few days.And also close to the Al-Jabbar Grand Mosque. Anyway, it's really good
