Clean, peaceful accommodation, suitable for relaxation. Located near the skytrain station Near Terminal21 and Emsphere department stores, there is free-wifi. There is a television in the room, but it's not good. Personally, I don't have a problem because I rarely watch it. There is a delivery service within the alley. Uncle Driver is polite and provides good service. When walking from the BTS station to the accommodation, if you are not a person who exercises or walks regularly, it will be a bit tiring, but it is within walking distance. Inside the room there is kitchenware provided. Good service staff Everyone is very cute. The lobby area has water and snacks available. There is a washing machine available. Just buy the hotel's laundry detergent for 40 baht, a reasonable price. Big room, cheap price, recommend it 🥰

very great location and staff and great rates.the rooms needs some attention regarding plumbing (very old) and AC (very loud).they have special whalk-in rates.they also have much bigger room in the 6th floor that doesn’t show in booking sites.

I cant understand the good ratings but first of all the stuff is very friendly and helpfull, thank you!But my room was in a terrible old shape, the ground was damaged in many areas, the kitchen look so old and rock down, everywhere you see the colour on the walls overpaintet in a very bad way..The Rooms didnt fit at least the pictures of the internet :/The pool is smal, clean but not deep enoth and I always felt so sorry for the little fish that had to swim alone in a completely empty aquarium in the lobby :/On Top there a millions of "special massage" on the way to MRT or Shapping Mall, that was annoying

If ever I have to go back to BKK Thailand for a Work Conference with Prudential/Pru Life UK I’d go back to this accommodation.Aspira Suites Sukhumvit 20, Studio with BalconyMassive thank you to Ms. Tonton and Patch in the frontdesk. And to all of the staff, from lady cleaning the room, to the guy who helped me operate the hot shower on my arrival, to the lady who handed me the flat iron. They were so warm and accommodating for the whole duration of my stay.Location: How convenient is the location? Is it close to attractions, transportation, or business centers? The location is relatively convenient with some prominent hotels nearby. One challenge for transportation is you have to tell your Bolt driver where you are. The signage in the alley is not very visible.Cleanliness: They always cleane my room. I was alone for the stay and it was very helpful to be coming home to the hotel with most of your things tidied up after leaving it in a hurry.Comfort: The bed was good and there 2 pillow options. Firm and soft.Facilities: The hotel has elevator, a small lobby CR, a cute mini bar witch self-service infused water, and cookies. With hot choco, thai tea, and coffee machine. They had a pool but due to busy schedule, I wasnt able to use it. They have 2 machines for 7kg load laundry, you just have to pay.Service: BEST PEOPLE!!!! Feels like home in the Philippines.Value for Money: Of course yes, i feel like i underpaid to be fair haha. I left simple gifts for the staff.Safety: Relatively yes, the neighborhood wass quiet and safe in my experience and stay. The only time I felt noise was when Co-Filipinos came back late at night and I could hear their loud conversations in my balcony.Noise Level: It was behind the big hotels so it didnt really feel noisy.Overall Experience: 10/10 would go back to this accommodation if the services doesnt change. Good job to the management.Also to mention they kind to lend me a cooking pan, an induction stove, a turner, and a flat iron. Some hotels will ask you to rent it, but they did not.The facilities deserve some repairs thos especially in the bathtub shower and the water drainage is not the best.

A splendid location, central to Sukhumvit, yet tucked away in a quiet lane within walking distance to nearby cafes, restaurants.My room was bright, airry, god working space, plus a functional kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave all perfect for a long stay.The staff were extremely kind, even upgraded me to a Premier Studio Terrace, which was perfect, lots of space to work out and embrace the sounds of nature including the rain was very calming. As such, I enjoyed a good slumber and awoke fresh ready to explore by foot the nearby shopping malls or trot down to the BTS and underground train station at Asoke.The location, silence, hosts and amenities makes for a great stay.PS: Free coffee & cookies and fast reliable wifi at lobby...

The rooms are new, clean and very spacious. The appliances in the room are quite complete and good. The staff are polite and provide very good service. A short walk to 7-Eleven, caffee shop and various shops such as restaurants, spas and massage shops.
