A charming cottage in a warm and intimate setting where all the staff and the owner are keen to make your stay as pleasant as possible.Quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of Ubud, an excellent base for relaxing, discovering Balinese crafts and arts, in an idyllic setting conducive to rest for nature lovers.First time he offered us a drink or meal on the terrace of our cottage, lulled by the field of frogs after dark 🥰. Relaxation guaranteed! A real plus!

We spent four (or three, see below) nights in one of the Hati Padi Cottages. The accommodation is really beautifully located in the middle of the rice fields and the outdoor area and especially the pool are also very nice and invite you to relax.Overall, the facility is a bit old, but still exudes charm.Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience for us overall, as we had rats and other animals in our cottage during our stay. These appear to have nested in the roof that connects three cottages. Our room ended up smelling really bad and last night we discovered rat droppings behind the closet and our suitcases, which unfortunately the staff must have missed when they were cleaning. Since the rat problem could not be solved even after this discovery, we were forced to look for another accommodation for the last night... It was definitely the lowest point of our Bali trip...Staff are generally no longer on site after 10 p.m. (we were only able to reach one person, who only barely wiped away the rat droppings in our room), unfortunately no one was able to help us and we really felt at the mercy of us . If we hadn't been lucky enough to spontaneously find other accommodation, we would probably have had to spend the night on the loungers by the pool.Even afterwards, the landlords unfortunately did not appear to be aware of the problem, but only reimbursed the breakfast and said that the rat infestation was normal in the rice fields. This is really not okay.

Warm welcome and impeccable service. Room overlooking a swimming pool in front of the rice fields. A pleasant place close to Ubud but far from the noise. I highly recommend it if you want to visit the Ubud region. …

Super comfortable staying on holiday here, I feel like I want to come back again. If you are looking for a quiet place, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the answer. The location is not too far, about 20 minutes from Ubud center, for me this is an experience to feel the authenticity of Bali. Really like the design and atmosphere of the cottages which are cozy, cool, the staff service is friendly, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious, everything is arranged very beautifully. Hati Padi is one of the best places I visited, I will definitely come back again if I go to Bali 🫶

We have spent 4 nights and it has been our best hotel in Bali without a doubt!!! Friendly people, incredible place, exquisite attention, unbeatable treatment and fantastic room! Very good food too. If I went back to Bali I would come again. They offered us a massage at 8 p.m. at night (when the service was already closed) because we arrived late (we had booked at 6 p.m.) and they didn't give us any problems, the massage was also at 10 a.m.! Thank you very much for everything, Spanish women who feel very grateful!

Just Wow!! We spent 3 superb nights there. The team is smiling, attentive and extremely kind. The cottage is sublime, overlooking the rice field with a fantastic swimming pool. We recommend 300% and would happily return on a future trip 😁 Thanks again to all of you 🙏

Quiet and sublime location, cottage with incredible charm, magnificent decoration: you feel like home. The staff is adorable and the meals delicious. I had a magical stay and I recommend it 100%.
