this resort service was very bad! I made reservation about a month ago, but before a day of check-in, they just suddenly sent me agoda message that since their booking system had a error, I had to change accommodation.even though it was their mistake, they suggested the accommodation where it is not better than the room I already made reservation. even new room that they suggested is cheaper on agoda website if we applied card discount.becuase of their bad reservation service, I was wasting time and ruin my honeymoon

This is the place that ruined all our travel plans.I made a reservation a month before I went, and the day before the reservation date, I was suddenly informed that due to an error in the reservation system, they had moved me to another hotel and that I could stay there. Does this make sense? If this problem had been shared at least a week ago, a solution would have been found. Even though it was clearly a mistake and mistake on the part of the hotel,1. The hotel makes a reservation at another hotel without customer communication.2. Conditions of other hotels are not as good as expected -> Despite complaints in this regard, the hotel seems unwilling to resolve the issue;;(In fact, when we searched on Agoda for the hotel they had booked, it was 100,000 won cheaper than what we booked)3. In the end, I asked for a full refund -> End ;;It's 12 hours before I leave for Ubud.This is my first time experiencing a service like this and I am so angry. I wasted my time today trying to solve this. I will never go again.If you are making a reservation, please keep this in mind. I don't usually leave reviews like this, but this is the worst.
