Amazing hotel with friendly, helpful staff and a fantastic location just across from the beach, offering awesome views. It's the perfect walking distance from cafes and restaurants. The separate attached restaurant is also fantastic. The rooms are clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, the shower pressure is amazing, and the air conditioning works perfectly.***** Reason 5 stars was not given:However, be aware of a man who seems to 'live' at the end of the 2nd floor. He yelled at me for speaking softly on the phone in the morning and later was rude, telling me to shut up when I defended myself. If you like to get up early, be aware that he lives here and apparently makes the rules. The next morning, other guests were also outside their rooms talking, yet this man did not feel the need to treat them the same way. As a solo woman traveler, this was an intimidating and uncomfortable experience, which unfortunately ruined my stay. I couldn’t help but think how he would react if I had a screaming baby.I have been traveling to Bali for over 8 years and have never experienced such rudeness from a hotel guest. I am appreciative of the staff’s quick response to this issue. However, if a guest is staying long-term and has already made you feel uncomfortable, there’s not much that can be done to rectify this when you’re a woman alone. I was initially considering extending my stay, but I’ve decided to move elsewhere.While the hotel staff responded instantly when I reported this, the incident completely dampened my experience.

Couldn't want for a better location!!!!Loved our stay - Not dissing the place at all....However just some things to know before booking thatOur room only got cleaned and new bottle water only every second day even when we asked for it to be cleaned. The AC wasn't cold. And the toilets are no flush the paper.There is nowhere to hang your wet clothes or towels which is odd for a beach surf stay.The rooms are a bit noisy because of the restaurant above but it's not the worst .Because you have to pass through the Hippie Fish Restaurant to get to your room, the restaurant sometime stopped us as we would walk through which is annoying but Understandable as it is a very popular restaurant.

Rooms must be design professionally! per day 40-50$ not good quality! WC door handle is broken! Lights are not good! Too much noise night time and not good doors to stop noise! maybe needs better sealing.Room needs a table! While packing, I was in a hurry and hit my head to shelf on the wall fixed with amateur style and sharp edges!

Perfect location. Basically just a room, bathroom, and aircon. But cheap so great value for money, A bit noisy from the sea and moving furniture above so maybe not suitable for everyone but I wasn't bothered. short walk along the beach to great restaurants and bars. I will return.
