My experience of staying there was just comfortable, I took the twin bed type room which was on the 1st floor at the very end, the air there was really cold even without ACThe biggest minus is that the warm water for bathing doesn't work, and the condition of the bathroom ceramics needs to be paid more attention to, and for this type of room I can't get a kettle to make hot water...But overall, the condition of the room is clean and comfortable. For the weekend price, it's 183 thousand, not including VAT...BTW, I ordered on Traveloka

The rooms are clean and spacious. Suitable for bringing the family. The staff are friendly. The roadside location at Setia Budi is squeezed by other better hotels... The advantage is that the rate is very cheap, 220 thousand on August 17 2024. The disadvantage is that there is no dispenser or water heater for taking a warm shower. fresh cool air. You have to ask the staff for hot water.

I really have no idea why the reviews of this hotel are relatively good. I booked for 3 nights and left to go to another (cheaper) hotel with better amenities. I booked this hotel based on the idea the rooms had balcony and AC and that there was a restaurant. All 3 weren't.The rooms were highly depressing, the windows couldn't be opened and the smell of smoke inside the room was unbareable. I've never experienced a smell so bad. I asked if I could upgrade but for that I had to pay double for a room exactly the same in size, equally depressing and only difference balcony and ac. For that price (360k) you can stay in a really nice hotel with swimmingpool.There was no negotiation possible so I left, while getting 0 refund since I paid already. So don't stay here, you'll regret it.

Looking at the previous assessment about horror, it seems like it's too exaggerated, because horror is a suggestion, right? Our stay here was really comfortable. the room is spacious. Even without AC, it's really cold here, even more so when using AC. clean rooms, prompt and friendly service.

Book a room + breakfast for 2 nights, the first day went smoothly. On the second day the receptionist was informed that there was no breakfast!! information on whatsapp where the booking was made, they said it was a mistake with the receptionist, but we had already left and made a loss paying for breakfast but didn't get it
