Be warned - The photos of Kubu Kutus Home Stay on the booking sites DO NOT reflect the reality.The property’s upper floor rooms have no views other than of the back of a new building / hotel under construction across a very narrow alleyway. I had expected views of rice fields and the ocean beyond. There is also construction immediately next door. With the inconvenience that entails.The reviews and photos on Agoda and Booking and I expect other platforms are also out of date. The rooms are in need of maintenance. The home stay is not on the beach and it does not offer meals on site.I’ve appealed to the property via Agoda and to Agoda itself to update the images but that hasn’t happened and I’m not very hopeful.

I do not recommend the establishment at all, on the contrary the photos are not representative of reality once there again I forgot a brush from my Dyson airwrap straightener on the bed I have a video proving that I I forgot on the bed before leaving I was filming for a network when I contacted the establishment to tell them they told me that no they did not see it off on my video or I left the premises ellle is fine on the bed. I affirm that this establishment has stolen from me it is shameful and inadmissible you can say no to me as much as you want I have video proof of me leaving the room with the bed in the background with my gray and purple Dyson straightener brush which is very expensive it's not a simple accusation when we have the proof you should be ashamed

Terrible service, horrible angry lady. Aircon doesn’t work, and they make you pay extra for everything. We were charged for breakfast, but they wouldn’t provide it. Made us pay 200,000.00 just to call a cab. We were booked for two nights, but went somewhere else after the first night. STAY CLEAR!

Small hotel near the ocean. Nice, cozy place. Not in the center of Canggu, you will have to get to all the popular bars, so availability of transport is important
