Ohana Retreat Bali

Lovely manager, staff, and place very near Pererenan beach (we take morning and evening walks).My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 months last year, and returned for another month. We were introduced to this place by our friends who stayed for 6 months.Nice, quiet loft with a nice shared kitchen and pool.Many walkable cafes, restaurants, and shops.

Stayed there a few days with my family. Very calm place. I love the outdoor kitchen. Pool is in good condition. Astonishing view from the rooftop. Friendly staff and they clean the rooms daily. Restaurants nearby. You can walk to the beach within 15 minutes. Better rent a bike but very much traffic in this area.

During my recent stay in Canggu, Bali, I had the opportunity to experience Ohana Retreat. While the villa holds promise with its nice rooftop bar and proximity to the beach, I must admit that there were several areas that required attention and improvement, particularly the room conditions and overall amenities.Let's start with the positive aspects. The rooftop bar at Ohana Retreat was undoubtedly a highlight. The panoramic views and relaxed atmosphere created a perfect setting for enjoying a drink or two while taking in the stunning surroundings. Being close to the beach was also a convenience, allowing for easy access to the sand and waves without the busyness often associated with the main Canggu area. This offered a more peaceful and tranquil experience for those seeking a quieter getaway.However, it is important to note that the rooms at Ohana Retreat were in need of significant fixes and renovation. While the concept of the villa was appealing, the execution fell short in terms of maintenance and attention to detail. The accommodations lacked the level of comfort and functionality one would expect. From outdated furnishings to worn-out amenities, the overall impression was one of neglect. Investing in room improvements, including updating furniture and enhancing the facilities, would greatly enhance the guest experience.Furthermore, the amenities provided by the villa were also in need of improvement. Basic necessities such as reliable Wi-Fi, hot water, and efficient air conditioning are essential for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the villa fell short in delivering these amenities consistently. Ensuring these essentials are in good working condition is crucial for guest satisfaction and should be a priority for the management.While it is clear that Ohana Retreat has the potential to be an excellent retreat destination, it is essential for the management to address the issues with the rooms and improve the overall amenities. Taking proactive measures to renovate and update the accommodations would significantly elevate the guest experience and make for a more enjoyable stay.In conclusion, Ohana Retreat Bali offers a promising concept with its rooftop bar and proximity to the beach, offering a quieter alternative to the bustling main Canggu area. Honestly this was the best room we have stayed in our whole trip! The bed was SO comfortable I just melted right into it. Beautiful pool, beautiful view, wonderful staff. We only stayed two days but we were so close to everything we wanted. Will stay again when we come back to Canggu.

I spent the most wonderful few months at Ohana, which became my home in Bali when I first moved over. A great room, comfy bed, a beautiful rooftop and pool and wonderful staff!The area of Pererenan is the best - set just outside of busy Canggu main, but still with a Bali feel. Ohana is close to cute restaurants, cafes and bars and the beach.Thanks for a great stay!

I spent a full month at Ohana Retreat Bali and I truly loved it. The loft style room was amazing and Neil and his family were absolutely welcoming and caring.Would totally come back and recommend to everyone who is thinking of booking this little quiet well located place 💥💥

Ohana Retreat is an oasis in Pererernan, a good distance away from the Canggu hustle and bustle. I stayed in the loft and loved it! The bed is so comfortable and the view from the top loft and the rooftop is just amazing. The owners Neill and Shelly are so friendly and always helpful. I can highly recommend Ohana retreat and hope I can come back soon!
