Because we couldn't get a room at the hotel next door, we ended up staying here. We thought it matched the photo of the room shown, but everything was beyond our expectations. The AC is not cold. The bathroom is a bit dirty. The sink faucet was clogged and the neck of the faucet broke. Towels are no longer suitable to be given to consumers. One light also went out. Especially the parking lot... HORROR.Hopefully it will be repaired, or maybe more capable investors are needed to be able to compete with the row of other hotels in front of this Tugu station.

Facilities are inadequate, uncomfortable, service is also lacking, suitcases have to be carried by yourself. The shower needs to be replaced. The room cannot be locked.

Stayed here because it was tight, all the hotels were full, it was hard to find a car park, in the end I just came here, and the only people staying were my son and his family, no one else... It was really scary, but it was ok for 350 a night for four of us, the AC wasn't cold enough yes, hot shower, electric kettle, towels, soap, mineral water... Pretty clean, friendly service too

The room smells like sewage... The AC isn't cold at all... It doesn't seem like it's worth renting. The service is bad and the complaints are even annoying... The waiter is a male receptionist... Not friendly at all. The water comes out very little... stuffy room... If it's not worth it, don't rent it... Poor people who are already renting

I just stayed there on March 23 2024 because of a transit departure to East Kalimantan on the 24th. The room was clean, the service was good, there was a busy station in front, we were able to fit into a standard room. Oh my God
