* Location - strategic since it's very close to Yogyakarta station. However, it's difficult to find since it's inside a very small alley.* facilities - they offer bread and coffee for breakfast. They have water dispenser but didn't try to drink from it since I might have a stomach ache. Don't expect to have hot shower, soap, shampoo or toothbrush. The whole house smells cigarette smoke since smoking is allowed everywhere except inside the room. I suggest not to stay here if you are allergic to smoke or if you are not a smoker. The smell still goes inside the room.* staff - smokes heavily. Expect to pay 15,000 IDR per night upon check-in. They said it's mandated by Indonesian government for homestay charging certain amount to guests. Don't expect to receive a receipt or a handwritten acknowledgement since they will refuse. I think this is just for their personal gain since another accommodation in Jogja of similar rate didn't charge anything upon check-in. I didn't bother to argue since the host is a little aggressive.* cleanliness - needs improvement. Aside from the whole house smells cigarette smoke, the water dispenser and the pale are very dirty. Other accommodations are way better. I don't recommend this to anyone.

In my opinion, this is one of the best choices for staying overnight, because it is close to my bude's angkringan, every morning I am always offered bread and the room I stayed in was previously my grandmother's room😁

The location is in the city center, near Malioboro station, but you have to go via Jalan Malioboro, because you can't enter the small alley in front of the station🫣🤭but I'm sorry the location is not friendly for children🙏🏽the owner is very friendly and welcoming 😁

First of all, I apologize to my mother and bro. They are kind and friendly to us🙏special criticism for his father.I have stayed at hotels in the Malioboro area dozens of times and twice at homestays including here...and I have NEVER given a bad review/rating...but this time I am forced to give a bad rating/review because that is what happens and I/we experienced it1) Half an hour before checking in at 11.30 (the APK says check in at 12.00) I chatted with the owner. I asked if I wanted to come, sir... my room is ready?? Owner answered: Check in at 13.00, check out at 12.00... I answered: on the apk it says check in at 12.00 sir... the owner answers: It's inconsequential, if you check in at that hour how do you clean it... I answer: I'm not inconsequential sir it's in the Apk (while I show the SS of the apk)... owner answers : it's not you who said the apk is inconsequential... as far as I know, the apk is the media that contains the data/description/price/check-in and check-out hours, right? It's from the home stay. I'm blaming the apk...but I can't chat with the owner I think I DON'T WEAR!!2) I arrived at the homestay at around 12.30..I was immediately asked for EXTRA MONEY and said it was for TAX..I booked 2 rooms..@20 thousand so I added 40 thousand which made me disappointed, why didn't I tell you earlier (I had finished booking long ago, I chatted the owner and owner didn't say that there was additional tax) if I had said before I could have CANCELED!! I'd better look for another accommodation!!! I've checked in dozens of times and not a single hotel/homestay asked for additional money (tax/whatever) I paid according to the apk... when I checked in, I just checked in... coincidentally, 5 people checked in, including me.. the owner said Over capacity... asked for an additional LG 50 thousand.. at this point I can still understand. So my total is plus pay 90 thousand3) The homestay becomes one and the owner's house becomes less comfortable...It should be partitioned so that guests are more comfortable and privacy is maintained.PLEASE TREAT GUESTS WELL (WORDS/ATTITUDE)WE PAY NOT PICK UP!!

Is this homestay still open? I called and they kept getting rejected, but I already had a reservation

Very satisfied staying here, all the staff & owners are very friendly. The place is also very strategic, near Malioboro & food tenants... so you don't need to worry ☺️ Yesterday there was an incident while staying here, namely my doll was left behind 😅 then I immediately contacted the admin & it turned out the staff was willing to send my doll all the way to Malang again via package 🥹 Thank you for your help, hopefully next time you can stay here again 🥰🥰🥰

Recommendation, very suitable if you want to be near Malioboro, just walk straight there, the owner is very friendly, the accommodation is safe and peaceful, suitable for those who want peace.His mother was also kind enough to lend me a hat🥰 If you want to go back to Jogja again you will definitely go back to the homestay. It's not expensive to stay here👍
