Update: September 27, 2024Booked again because I was really happy with booking in October 2023.THIS TIME...TOTALLY UNHAPPY and SAD.ULTIMA CANNOT KEEP QUALITY.THE ROOMS ALL STINK OF CIGARETTES.Moved up to 3 rooms, all smelled of cigarettes. One of the rooms on the table had cigarette burns. Even though there is a ban on smoking in the room and a fine of 500 thousand. But ULTIMA doesn't enforce that rule.We were offered a room sprayed with perfume from HK. Hey... the cigarette residue stuck to it can't be removed by spraying it with perfume. That still makes you sick!First the hot water came, was it hot or not? Then after that it gets really hot and can't be mixed with cold water. Then he entered the bathroom and was greeted by cockroaches.The dust on the windows and headboard is really thick. Allergies immediately flare up here. The location is strategic, the parking area is spacious, there is a prayer room, each room has prayer equipment, everything is satisfactory and the transit area is comfortable, maybe the toilet could be upgraded so it's not too stuffy
