The location is well located between the nicest districts of Malioboro & Kreton! We have seen many of these neighborhoods. It is certainly located on a busy street and close to a mosque, but we slept with earplugs and that worked fine. The bed was wonderful and the room was clean, compared to other homestays (in the area) this is certainly not always the case. The people at the reception are very nice, but they don't really speak English. This was perfect for 2 nights!

Very strategic location, close to wherever you want to go. The room keeper is also friendly. Got a comfortable room, for staying with family (4 people) at no extra cost

The place is on the side of the highway.Close to gudeg center, north square, old pendopo.Not boring. The terrace directly faces the main road.Car parking is spacious and safe. It's in the back yard

Negatives:Super loud, impossible to sleep, located in the middle of the main street, no soundproofing at all!Breakfast just dry toast?Shower only works half!No room cleaning...Positive:CleanComfortable bedTV with NetflixGood ACGood fridgeBig roomWhy is the rating so bad?I booked for 5 days and after I couldn't get any sleep for 2 days because of the road, I asked for an early cancellation.The landlord can't speak English and unfortunately the owner didn't want to accommodate us :(

I Extremely horrible and poor facilities. If you want to stay in a super busy road without any sleep at night, find stains on the bedsheets, breakfast with animals guts and inconsistent hot water, then this place is what you get.We booked with booking three nights, and we stayed in a so-called twin room. Dirty sheets with stains and endless noise from motorbikes and cars. We requested to change room and paid $58 to get a double room. It is also extremely noisy.I don’t think this place is suitable for people who is light sleepers. There are only three rooms in this so called hotel and I think the rating is overrated. I give it 3 out 10 just for the location sake. There is another hotel only 1.3km from this one named Metro Xxxx. Way much better and cheaper. The owner should run the business properly rather than just put those poor staff with complaints.
