The hotel is very comfortable, strategic location. The rooms are also nice and have a nice view of the city of Surabaya.Breakfast is complete, all dishes are available. However, in terms of indoor breakfast space, it is very minimal. If the wind is very strong outside, because it is on the 8th floor of the restaurant.Overall, still very worth it. There are more and less. There are still many more pluses. Keep it up

TWO OF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY OFFICES IN JKT, THERE'S ONLY ONE IN SURABAYA. IF YOU COMMIT FRAUD, YOU CAN'T FOLLOW UP WITH THEM, JUST TELL THE EMPLOYEES, NOW MORE THAN A WEEK WON'T GET MY MONEY BACK, IF I DON'T USE IT, IT WON'T BE THAT DIFFICULT EMG NILEP JUST

I ordered via Agoda a king bed, but on the day of the event my husband checked in, the room I got was a twin bed, if I wanted a king bed I had to add 100 thousand, I don't understand whether this is the problem with the application or the hotel, because I usually stay in 4/5 star hotels are not like that, or even if there is an additional fee, usually my husband is notified first by the hotel and in the Agoda application there is clearly a choice of twin beds or large beds. The reception staff is also not friendly, even though the hotel is good. The mattress is also not comfortable, it sounds like a really old mattress, it's not soft, it looks like it's creaky inside even though the price to stay here is not cheap. What is clear is that I don't want to recommend this hotel and don't want to come back here

Sorry to say Bess Mansion, this is the first time I've stayed at a hotel where the quality of breakfast is all good. My children and I had breakfast at 06.30, cold chicken porridge, really not warm and the taste tended to be stale. Baked potatoes are not delicious. Steam paw is stale. There are ants in the soto, there are mosquitoes in the pudding, the pudding is stale, the chicken noodles taste salty + just rajarasa. What can be enjoyed is only comfort food such as cereal and fruit. Really feel like it's a loss to stay overnight and have breakfast

This is a B4 hotel, but customer service is very, very poor and really needs to be improved.2. This is hotel B4, but my room on the 12th floor has a split AC🙄 I don't know if it's because it's a smoking room, but this is the first time the B4 hotel even has a smoking room, it has split AC, the others have central AC.3. This is a B4 hotel, but the breakfast menu is not very varied, even the sausages which are usually ALWAYS available in class B4-5 hotels here are not available, the staff said they won't be available until tomorrow (Monday) 😑4. This is a B4 hotel, but the lobby room is warm and there is no coolness.5. This is a B4 hotel, but shampoo and soap are provided in the rooms as well as possible.🤒Overall, I'm sorry but I don't recommend staying here if you are looking for super friendly and comfortable service. For a staycation, swimming, God willing, is safe. 😁 One more thing, I had an argument with the FO officer because of a PARKING problem. Because I saw in the comments 2 months ago that you can park 2 vehicles in one room. When checking in they said only 1 vehicle per room. I don't know if this policy has changed that quickly since two months ago or what. But in the end the FO was able to provide 2 vehicles with 1 room. But when I came out, I was arrested because it said my ticket had been used. Because at that time I was using two vehicles. Then I was told to get off and walk to the FO 😆🤒 at the FO I was told the vehicle had already been used outside the hotel. What's the story?? My people are not going anywhere in my room. Finally, after watching, I was given another new ticket and was able to leave the hotel. I mean.. Plissss... This is a B4 hotel but.. Management should be able to resolve this trivial ticket problem immediately, instead of customers being told to surrender and having to talk to the FO officer first. 😒😅

At first I was hesitant because I read people's reviews. Turns out, when I stayed here the staff were friendly, the rooms were okay, the swimming pool was also good. Unfortunately the TV is still satellite TV, not a smart TV, and the WiFi is quite slow. For breakfast, it tastes just ordinary, but overall it's worth the price.

Nice roomGood locationService?Today I checked in September 20 2024My office receptionist asked for a message to book a smoking room, it was already noted on Traveloka's smoking room.When I wanted to check in, it turned out that the one booked was non-smoking, but a smoking note was added.It's simple, the receptionist will help you find an empty smoking room, it turns out there is one, but you have to charge 100 thousand. I asked, is there a price difference between smoking and non-smoking? He said there wasn't any, but there was still a charge of 100 thousand.To hotel management, it's as simple as moving from a non-smoking room to a smoking room, without any price difference, it's really difficult, right?1 star for you.It's difficult to please customers without anyone being harmed. Tsk. No longer booking here.

Location is okay, breakfast food variants are okay, rooms & lobby are okay. But unfortunately when checking in it takes a long time, up to 30 minutes. Moreover, the guest vehicle parking policy needs to be reviewed, what this means is that 1 room has a maximum of 2 guests, coincidentally we brought 2 different motorbikes, so if you bring more than 2 vehicles it's normal to be charged. Yes, they were served, but with an unpleasant expression, even though that night we asked the receptionist for free parking for both motorbikes, but when we checked out, it was different again.

I didn't ask for a change in my parking fee, just a suggestion, check again the SOP for the vehicle where the person is staying....it says, it's 2 vehicles for a family of 6 adults...make informed consent/or parking information if you can sign it accommodation consumers. If you don't have enough parking, add more... the information section... tell me to ask if you want to stay overnight or take you... I've got a car... 10 cars costs 1 million. Oh, there are also those who complain

I just stayed for 2 days at BessMansion, the service was very professional, friendly, sat set, the rooms were clean, comfortable, neat and the city light was beautiful, the breakfast was also really good, lots of delicious menu choices, the location was very strategic, the staff was always very friendly and attentive ready to help with a smile, I highly recommend this hotel
