The second time I came here because the first time I tried it was pretty good, but this second time, to be honest, I was a bit disappointed.I booked twice from Agoda with the same room type and the prices were also similar, not much different. Booked the deluxe double room type, when it arrived it was placed on the 3rd floor with a super duper small room, different from the first booking which had a more spacious and proper room.I just arrived and asked to change rooms to the 2nd floor because on the 3rd floor the room was right in front of the smoking area and I couldn't smoke cigarettes.The receptionist reasoned that he couldn't move rooms because Agoda automatically placed him in a room on the 3rd floor and the hotel couldn't move him. If he wanted to move to the 2nd floor, he would have to pay an additional fee equivalent to half the price of the room per night.I refused because my first booking could get a 2nd floor room at more or less the same price. The receptionist said that no one was smoking because there weren't many guests staying, then she promised that tomorrow she would try to discuss with the boss what the policy would be if you wanted to move rooms. But until I checked out there was no follow up from the hotel. The location of the hotel doesn't have many guests because the parking lot is also empty, but you can't change rooms because the system is changing. The room on the 3rd floor is very small, there are no tables and chairs, the sound of the bathroom exhaust is also noisy like the sound of a ship's engine, the hot and cold water often changes itself when taking a shower, the distance between the mattress and the door is only 1 tile, it's hard to open the suitcase, sorry. The plus side of this hotel is that the interior is aesthetically pleasing.

Book the deluxe double type.In-room facilities:- TV- AC- Table + chairs- Pillow- bed coversThe interior of the hotel is attractive, good for photos" But unfortunately the cleanliness of the room is lacking.The table glass was broken, the bed cover had water marks on it, the bathroom floor was not clean, and the AC was not cold enough.Water heater is sometimes hot, sometimes cold.

The check-in process was fast, the staff were also friendly. The room decoration is good, the type is Instagrammable so you can take photos. The room is also quite spacious and clean, the air conditioner is cold, the only thing missing is that there is only one electric socket near the bed. The toilet is also overall clean and smells good, the water has hot and cold water. With a fairly affordable price, this hotel is comparable to the facilities provided.

Sorry to say, the cement car really disturbed the guests, the exhaust fumes were very dangerous, moreover it filled the entire hotel into the rooms 🤮 the staff didn't even have a fan 🤦 there weren't any windows in the rooms, small children were coughing and having difficulty breathing.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and deft. There is a telephone box in the hotel as a place to store helmets for guests. Water is provided in the hallway, you can take it yourself. When booking the room, I chose the option to pay on arrival. It turned out that when I wanted to pay, the hotel did not provide payment via QRIS/debit. Overall I enjoyed my time staying at this hotel.
