Disastrous Experience at Roomquest Sukhumvit 36 @BTS Thonglor ---Beware!I am seething with anger as I write this review. I booked a room at [Roomquest Sukhumvit 36 @BTS Thonglor ] in Bangkok, thinking it would be a convenient and comfortable stay, especially close to stuff I needed to do. Little did I know that I was walking into a disaster.This so-called "self-check-in" hotel turned out to be a complete sham. When I arrived at 9 pm, exhausted after a long journey, there was not a single soul at the reception. I was left standing in the lobby, confused and frustrated, with no idea how to access my room. I tried every possible way to make the self-check-in process work, but it was futile. It was as if the hotel had abandoned its guests. even with whatsapp and all the other forms of communication, especially when I contacted them prior to arrival telling them my time.And then came the worst part. When I demanded a refund since they couldn't provide the accommodation I had paid for, they not only refused but also had the audacity to ignore my pleas for communication. They left me stranded on the streets of Bangkok at night, with nowhere to go and no help in sight.This is an absolute disgrace. How can a hotel be so irresponsible and unethical? I had to scramble to find another place to stay at the last minute, which was not only expensive but also extremely stressful.I would warn everyone to stay far away from Roomquest Sukhumvit 36 @BTS Thonglor ]. They don't deserve your business. They have shown a complete lack of regard for their guests' well-being and satisfaction. Don't let yourself be victimized by this terrible establishment like I was.

Too bad I can't do 0The room doesn't look bad as soon as you enter, BUT AS SOON AS WE ENTERED THE POWER FAULT ONLY IN OUR ROOM WE TRIED CONTACTING THE STRUCTURE FOR MESSAGES THEY DIDN'T SHIT US EVEN IF IT WAS ONLINETHEN WE CALLED THEY SAY THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH BUT THE BEST WAS YET TO ARRIVE THEN WE SAW COCKROACHES, other people's hair on the floor all over the room, the water didn't flow well from the sink, we also saw insects on the bed, okay, it's many other things …In all this it was 2 am and we had to leave and sleep at the airport since we already had to catch a flight at 8 in the morning

Made a reservation on Agoda. When I arrived there was no room and was told it was full. The staff told me to cancel Agoda myself and give a full refund. That's all I said. I'm really upset. There were two Indian people who came to check in and couldn't find the staff in the lobby. This hotel is really awesome. Cheap but the service is very professional, it's like being deceived.

It's not that close to BTS. You have to ride a hired motorcycle for 15 baht. Don't think that it's close enough to walk.The first room you get The balcony door cannot be locked. feel insecure So I asked to change rooms. The second room that came It's not very clean. Just go to sleep. The bathroom was not very clean, looked old, and the sanitary ware was very old. The quality is really according to the price. After this, when I go to Bangkok, I will not stay in a hotel costing more than 1,000 baht again. I'm afraid.

Very bad, came to check in at 11:00 p.m. Enter the room and turn on the air conditioner for a while. Water flows from the air conditioner downstairs. I tell the sitting staff that there is nothing they can do. In conclusion, I have to sleep in the bathroom. The air conditioner is leaking. Plus the air conditioner isn't cool, which is very frustrating.

1) The bed made loud noises, one movement made it so loud I couldn't sleep at all. 2) The sink only flowed a little water. 3) There was no toothbrush or toothpaste prepared for customers to use. Normally, other hotels have them prepared for customers.

Family and friends have stayed in here; they always find ways to surprise you... from unbooked taxis, to problems with the reservations. Today the price night was 1000thb, I arrived very early morning and they said early check-in was 500thb, I came back a few hours later to see if they could give me the room (it was vacant) and still was 500thb extra... they didn't get neither the 500thb nor the 1000thb. We will not come back 100% sure
