The place is nice. The view is also good. The room is clean and most importantly the hot water tap functions well. 😆Room prices are relatively cheap and affordable and the location of the accommodation is definitely close to the waterfall tourist attraction.

We had a terrible experience with our room. We booked a 3-day tour in Rinjani, and had to spend the first night at the hotel. But when we arrived, the owner told us there were no rooms available and sent us to a terrible place in town. The room was dirty, smelled awful, and was super uncomfortable. We told the owner we wanted to change rooms because it was impossible to stay there. We ended up finding a better, cleaner place on our own, but the owner was rude and never refunded us for that night.The only good thing was the guide and porter on our trek, who were very friendly, great cooks, and always tried to help us. Basically, the hotel owner was the worst part of the experience.

We booked a Rinjani 2 day 1 night tour, and this is the place we unfortunately had to stay in the night before starting the trek. The room is disgusting, mold on the walls, when we arrived we had to ask for toilet paper, ask for towels and even ask for a duvet cover, as the bed wasn’t even fully made. The only positive was the view, and the staff weren’t mean or rude, just unprofessional. We wished we’d booked our own accommodation at Bale Sebaya Bungalow Cafe Nature, which is just up the road and has amazing staff, delicious food and what seems to be really cute and clean rooms.Stay away from this fake 5 star hotel ! It’s diabolical… worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. I would’ve preferred to have camped an extra night on the top of an active volcano !!Don’t listen to their reply to my review. All of the rooms were in an awful state. We looked through the windows. Honestly felt dirtier after showering.
