Room downgraded. He said he was no longer collaborating with OYO. So, it's better to reserve directly to the hotel, not with other apps, especially with OYO on their name.

The room I got was different from the pictures on traveloka apps. The bed cover and the bed sheet were like for children's beds. They didn't provide any wi-fi and I got no signal there, so it's a complete disaster. They gave me a towel and small soap bar at the room, no bathroom amenities or even a bottle of water. First I checked into my room, they provided me a fan then after I complained, they turned on the AC inside the room and gave me the remote control. The AC also didn't make the room any cooler. The bathroom drain was open and made the room a bit smelly. I was the only guest at that time but they got a policy to leave the room key at the receptionist every time I went out of the hostel. They really went into my room when I wasn't around, because I complained of the unworking AC after I came back. Then they "admitted" to turn off the AC when I went out .

This so-called Hotel is the worse hotel in the area, it has a very funny smell, bad reception, no wifi- no air-conditioning, poor room service, and bad and unclean environment, I will not even recommend this to my enemy

Very bad. In particular, OYO makes online prices for facilities that do not match what you get. I booked online with AC facilities but got a fan. And the hotel doesn't even want to care. My advice is that the hotel must be correct or smart in making price details online. If you don't understand, don't ever collaborate online.
