I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room for 28 nights.Nuwat is such a kind host. He made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He can speak English very well, so it's nice to be able to hold a conversation with a local. If you have questions about something related to Thai culture or places to visit around the city, he can give you some recommendations.The room is spacious and comfortable. The private bathroom was clean and nice. Nuwat offered me to fix the shower so that I could have hot water, but it wasn't necessary because it was hot and wet every day. Anyways there was another bathroom next to the room in case I wanted a warm shower, but I didn't use it.The kitchen is downstairs. There is a microwave and a fridge. There is a cupboard with cutlery and some plates. The kitchen would be perfect if there was a cooker or a stove though.The street where the guest house is located is quiet. Young and Beautiful is close to the train station and some shops/markets where you can buy groceries or street food at a good price. There is also a small store nearby where you can buy a plug adaptor (I didn't know that they used a different one before coming).I work as a freelancer, so I had to rely a lot on the wi-fi connection. Overall, it worked very well. There were some small instances in which the connection was not that stable, but it was just for a couple of seconds.All in all, I really enjoyed my long stay in this quiet guest house. It was nice to see some squirrels in the trees, too!Thank you so much Nuwat!

There is a kitchen with everything. You can cook for your food, if you like. 2 toilets, 4 rooms in the house. Each room has an air conditioner. The owner is very thoughtful and helpful 😊 price is affordable

A wonderful hostel with a charming and comfortable garden, the owner is very kind. The room is stylish and clean. You can cook your own food, there is a small kitchen with nearly everything. There is a market called Hua Khwang market nearby.

Really great affordable accommodation. Extremely good value for money! The room is comfortable with a shared bathroom. Both rooms are corner rooms with windows overlooking the garden. They have great Aircon’s. It is a very quiet area. I loved my stay at Nuwat’s place.
