On April 24 2023, I booked the Oyo 91744 Gemilang Hotel in Sembalun, West Nusa Tenggara, I made the payment via the Agoda app. However, when I came to the hotel, the hotel said it did not accept orders from the Agoda app and asked for a cancellation process, the hotel gave contact to Agoda's CS in the NTB area, but after contacting the CS until now there has been no response and currently my contact has been blocked.
