This is the first time I entered a hotel where there were so many cooperatives coming, making it difficult for me to rest for employees in the name of Runis.... Runis is called a cooperative.Service to guests is not friendlycleaning service and bedsheets also don't change.How come the Lilagraha Hotel chose Runis's mother as a shameful employee, she likes to bring her boyfriend to the hotel. Runis's model staff should be kicked out...Poor other guests, the service is not friendly. The rooms are not clean, dirty, very unfortunate. As soon as I entered I wanted to run away.

Sorry, my complaint is only directed at the room service at the old reception, Mrs. Runis, she is not friendly enough to serve guests and her service to guests is not good, drinks are also not prepared, if I stay 4 days in Bima for sape purposes, that's really a mess. service when I asked for drinking water they answered there wasn't any.It was even more painful for me to spend the night in lilagraha. There was always a cooperative coming and when Mrs. Runis cleaned the room. I was uncomfortable because I heard the slamming of brooms, but during the 4 days I was in Lilagraha, the sheets never changed and there was no room cleaning...The owner is good but not professional, please the owner must be wise about guest complaints, don't just accept hotel money, he's not professional. The employees also like to sell rooms and sell girls, I was offered girls to make this hotel comfortable.
